Edelweis in Nendaz

We went to the restaurant and it was really good too. There were two vegan dishes, and I had the Seitan burger, which was very tasty. The only negative point is the noise. If you go here for apres-ski it's definitely great, but you can still hear the bass of the live music outside.

We booked the rooms on the top floor. There are 4 rooms with double beds, the shared toilet and shower room are located on the landing. This means that the rooms are reasonably priced. The rooms can be called rustic. There is a sink in our room. The beds are fine. And the breakfast is certainly fresh What a poor choice but very understandable given the size of the hotel. croissant, fresh bread, yoghurt and boiled eggs. The rest is good with excellent cuisine. We had many a good afternoon sitting outside in the terrace having a cold one watching the world go by. The restaurant itself is superb, its very smart but with a cosy feel to it. The quality of the food is way above what you'd expect from a boutique hotel, particular favourites include the excellent salads and the range of freshly made soups - and the deserts are magnifique. A must for anyone staying in Nendaz and looking for a great place to hang out or find a bloody good lunch.

I visited Edelweiss a month back and had a great time. The location is just amazing as it gives you immediate access to the lifts. For vegetarians I can recommend the Gandhi’s choice. Apart from that we had a raclette night which was truly amazing. Thank you Filip and Sarah for the great hospitality!
