Eden Resort Anzère in Ayent

The room is nice however there are many hairs in the bed and old hairs in the foene drawer! We express our dissatisfaction to the receptionist who doesn't care and doesn't offer us any compensation! For a 3 star hotel the price is much too expensive compared to the service! 167 fancs for one night in a dirty room it's shameful!

We went to this hotel for the first time, only positive things, Welcome, service, restaurant, breakfast in the room, very spacious apartment room with view. location in the center of the resort, free parking available. Thank you..👍👋

This establishment is not recommended! In the corridors, there is the smell of cigarettes, we found ourselves in a private apartment where 90% of the cupboards are locked by the owners. 4 mismatched glasses available. Furniture from the 70s whose cleaning dates from the same year. A dirty bathroom. A cobbled together bed with plastic supports that hold the box spring and which came loose during our sleep. An equally dirty floor. A fixed temperature of 25 degrees. A discotheque in the establishment so it's impossible to open the windows because there's too much noise outside and to top it all off, an unpleasant owner. We paid 316 CHF for 2 adults 2 children for a so-called superior suite without breakfast or parking. Run away !

Great stay and very good apartment and very good half board

Dilapidated apartment, multiple defective equipment, maximum one 10min shower for a family of 5, 3/4 of the cupboards closed by the owner, dirty, old kitchen, furniture from the 70s, Eden Resort clears itself by indicating that only the owners are responsible but we have no connection with the owners. The so-called suites are not aligned with an exorbitant weekly price and the service offered. Very disappointed therefore, we do not recommend it at all and are not going to advertise it well.
