Excellent sandwiches, friendly service

Food is delicious and it is in the old city centre but the only thing is that it is very crowded (probably because of the food 😀).

Hearty and good breakfast at the foot of the Old Town

I loved this: really a lot of variety for a fun sandwich lunch. Loved their whole grain bread and prices feel right! Staff is friendly and gets you through the queue pretty fast at peak time! Was a refreshing break after a full morning of errands!

Edward's is a very nice and tasty sandwich shop situated next to the busy road at Bel-Air (as you can see on the picture). It serves a wide range of sandwiches and bagels as well as a few salads and deserts. I took the club sandwich with turkey, eggs and bacon with lettuce and tomatoes and my brother took the tuna egg club sandwich and we were very satisfied with them. The staff was amicable and helpful and made my lunch even more enjoyable. So in conclusion, if you are looking for a nice casual lunch, then I would recommend Edward's.

Didn't work there, especially as a cross-border worker. In the end they didn't pay me in full because they hadn't given me any paperwork yet!

This is my “canteen”, mixed salads and especially “homemade” compotes! A delight of freshness and flavors. Simple and pleasant.

The simple vegetarian sandwich (completely tasteless) was way to expensive... It was not on the menu, so I didn't know before that it would cost me 10.80 CHF. Total disappointment.

There is a small terrace a little set back in the "quiet" area from the main street, and a room inside. The staff is friendly, the sandwiches are fresh and good. The chocolate muffin a little less so. The price is however a little high, you will tell me "it's Geneva...", but 35 euros for a wrap, a club and two muffins...

Very long takeaway service. Hot sandwich (with avocado) even though it's 30° outside and without warning the customer (CHF 10.80) Poorly qualified staff :-( very unfortunate! I recommend the bakery on rue Verdaine, excellent sandwich (CHF 4. -).

Genevans are polite, well mannered and helpful. Just not at this restaurant. This is the only place where the staff has quite the attitude. There are better snack spots for sure.

The food is good but this restaurant is an ecological disaster, all the food is packaged in plastic (each slice of mozza, cheddar, turkey, etc.). And it's very expensive for what it is.

Yesterday I arrived at 11am to have a coffee with a person I had an appointment with, 3 colleagues eating & only one to serve, but there were lots of people! we sit on the terrace while my waitress comes to take the order, 45 minutes later still no one. 2 employees smoke their cigarettes next to us and say nothing to us. so we went elsewhere! we will never know if they provide room service or not if you have to go to the counter or not, in short I will never go back! in view of this slump! I will teach them the job of waiter if they wish! what is management doing?????

Nice and clean place. Cozy ambiance with beautiful music selections being played at the background. Just unhappy with their service. We went here wanting to have a nice morning snack at around 10h45. Upon entering, we could see that the staff was quite busy preparing orders. By the way, there was one customer outside who was just served coffee and just only me and my friend who stayed inside. As it was our first time here, we were waiting at the table to be served as menu cards were on the table, but after a few minutes of having no one interested to approach us or tell us what to do, we went to the counter to order. At the counter, were 2 ladies busy preparing sandwiches. The lady who was right infront of us said "can someone take their orders, please" So the other lady worker was forced to attend to us without a smile..yikes. I guess we came at their busy hours of accomplishing orders, but it will be better if there was someone taking care of walk-in customers. It really made us feel ignored and unwelcomed. Fortunately, there was good music playing, that somehow changed our moods as not many establishments play good song selections.

The staff is very good. I couldn't choose from their offerings, so they made me a custom sandwich. The sandwich was good, but nothing more.

Nice spacious location with food and coffee to offer. However, I found the sandwiches to be very pricey for what they were, even though they were quite tasty. The welcome was friendly and pleasant and the staff was more than willing to explain anything or offer to alter one of their sandwich recipes to your liking. The location is not particularly accessible for mobility impaired individuals and the toilets are quite small. Would probably visit again in the future, but will most likely stick to a beverage as opposed to food.

The Edwards restaurant chain offers a large selection of various sandwiches. Plus salads, fresh juices pressed to order. The service is fast and friendly. Small downside on the price of the sandwiches which is a little expensive compared to the size of them. It remains a safe bet nonetheless.

Smart and refined sandwiches. The price is a little expensive but affordable. I love bread so I was served. My favorite: the turkey club! When I have fangs it's perfect. In conclusion you have to be able to spend around 15.- to eat and drink well but the quality is there. Well done artists!

A good Sandwich and pastry bar, good for a breakfast or lunch. It is smaller than the other at the other side of the river and with a smaller choice of food. We had a cream and salmon bagel and a Brooklyn sandwich.
