Always loved the Einsteinbar. Arrived today at 00:25, no entry because it closed at 01:00... so now you can't have a drink within 35 minutes. After many evenings at Einstein, I probably won't go back to the restaurant.

One of the most expensive shops I have come across in SG. A little panaché A Gintonic Total 30CHF... these are sporty prices. 15 minutes. Before the store closed, the tables were cleared right in front of us.

I was really impressed. Music is playing quietly in the background and I got more than enough water with my coffee. There are also different types of nuts in a bowl. The staff is very polite and also open. There were nice conversations. My drink was a surprise to me. It fit so well with the ambience and around it. I can only recommend this bar and would be happy to come back.

The Einstein Cocktail Bar is my absolute favorite bar in St. Gallen. I've been going there for several years and it's always a pleasure to have a good time there. The cocktails are fantastic, the bar tenders have won multiple awards and distinctions. Definitely worth a visit. However, a reservation should be made in advance, otherwise you may have to wait until something becomes available.

We went to a concert in this bar. Nice, rustic decor. We quickly got to our drinks. Friendly staff.

Basically a very well-kept bar. The concept of the smoking lounge should be reconsidered, otherwise there is a risk of relegation to a cheap smoking lounge. “Normal” cigarette smokers sit there with a cola in the comfortable leather armchairs, while cigar smokers are seated at ordinary tables with selected drinks. Personally, I will use an offer from a competitor in the future.

The Einstein Bar, a place of reflection, enjoyment and good cocktails. If you spend an evening in St. Gallen, you should integrate the Einstein Bar into your evening. Be it at the start, as the main place of stay or to have a nightcap. The Einstein Bar can fulfill almost all wishes. Ps. it is one of the few bars that offers open champagne

I was there on Saturday. I love this bar, you can enjoy a cigar. Drink great drinks with it. If you feel the need, you can get something to eat. For me as a smoker, it's the perfect place to smoke a cigar because you can really celebrate it. I also have to say that the service is very competent. Another important point for me is to visit this bar again and again.

One of the best houses in Eastern Switzerland. The Einstein and its fantastic bar. Dark woods and heavy leather interior create a great Chesterfield feeling. For enjoyment, there is a cigar lounge to celebrate the large selection of whiskey, gin, cocktails, etc. Really professional staff work behind the bar to make the visit an experience. Definitely again and again 👍👍👍

as the last stop on our short gourmettrip to the eastern part of switzerland we were looking forward to dine here. on the way to our table we enjoyed the art on the walls. our kids enjoyed their kidsmenus. our food was very nice, too. service is attentive.

Un très bon repas pour la Saint Valentin. Un service très agréable, une cuisine ingénieuse et très belle à voir. Mérite ses deux étoiles. Une petite critique néanmoins, certains plats sont légèrement trop salés. Bravo et merci pour cette très belle soirée.

Es stimmte einfach alles: Exzellente Küche, grossartige Weinkarte und ein aufmerksames Serviceteam und schönes Ambiente. Einmal mehr begeisterte uns die Vielfältigkeit des vorgeschlagenen Menus sowie die Perfektion der einzelnen Gerichte. Höhepunkte waren dabei der Räucheraal mit Shiso, die Eigelbnudeln mit Alba Trüffel und das Flanksteak mit Pilz. Tolle Desserts.

The bar staff were very slow, totally inattentive and not customer oriented. It's a total shame, so the price-performance ratio is no longer the same. We used to enjoy staying here, but will look elsewhere in the future.

Ein kulinarisches Erlebnis, dass sich Jeder mal gönnen sollte! Wir kommen nicht aus der Region und haben uns ein Abendessen im Einstein gegönnt. Die Anreise und das Geld war es definitiv wert.

Une surprise pour les 40 ans de mon mari... Et aucun regret d'avoir opté pour la découverte de ce restaurant. Tout était parfait: l'amabilité du personnel, l'ambiance feutrée mais pas trop guindée, et bien sûr le repas... Un régal pour tous les sens... Chaque plat est une petite œuvre d'art qu'on hésiterait presque à déguster. C'est ensuite une explosion de saveurs ! Je rêve d'y retourner.

Wir haben ein 5 Gänge Menü im Einstein Gourmet genossen. Jeder Gang war sehr gut durchdacht und geschmacklich absolut Top. Die Weinbegleitung dazu ist ebenfalls sehr empfehlenswert. Der Service war sehr zuvorkommend, aufmerksam und mit viel spannendem Gastro/Wein-Wissen ausgestattet. Der humorvolle Umgang im ganzen Team trugen ebenfalls zum entspannten und genussvollen Abend bei. Bis zum nächsten mal

Don't let the classy, upscale, 5 🌟 setting fool you. Erik is more than prepared and ready to fix you up with any of the traditional cocktails, BUT: be curious/brave and ask for one of his signature rum cocktails. Even though you're physically still in St.Gallen, his drinks will still propel you back to a 1950 Tiki bar in Belize.

Die Mischung zwischen Einflüssen der Levante mit ihren Aromen und Düften sowie der klassischen französischen Küche (z.B. was die wunderbaren Reduktionen und Saucen betrifft) sind grosse Klasse. Auch die Professionalität des Service vermag problemlos mitzuhalten.Hier vermählen sich Genüsse für Gaumen und Auge aufs vortrefflichste. Wunderbare Weinkarte!

Unfortunately I have to correct my review. Very long waiting times, very poorly ventilated and received 3 empty lighters in a row. Somewhat unfriendly service. But the location is very nice.

Mi primera crítica sobre este restaurante es de hace unos cuatro años, y lo recuerdo muy bien, ya que allí todos nos fuimos sin deseos y felices ya que todo fue perfecto. . . Pero las cosas pueden cambiar. . . esta vez, oh chico, lo superaron. . ! Maravillosa creatividad desde el principio hasta el final en su mejor momento, una delicia tanto para el paladar como para la vista. Y todo el personal amable, eficiente y afortunadamente no pretencioso que simplemente logró hacer que uno se sintiera bien y bienvenido en su mesaEs una pena que no esté más a menudo en mi encantadora ciudad natal, la calle Gallen. . . pero después del trato que recibimos ayer, definitivamente tengo ahora, además de amigos y familiares, una buena razón más para regresar más regularmente, ya que Einstein es simplemente un "vaut le voyage". Nice bar with beautiful interior, great selection of spirits, cognacs, beers, and cigars. Service is extremely arrogant though, after a short visit at the bar I went to the host and paid the damage, said Bye, have a good evening - the guy ignored me to the fullest, didn't hesitate to even say bye, by any means. This doesn't hurt my feelings in any way, but after all, it is a bar in which you could expect a certain amount of hospitality/service. Arrogance is unacceptable in an establishment of this standard. My visit was the evening of the 27th of November. Sincerely, Echtor.

Wir durften einen wunderschönen Abend im Einstein Gourmet geniessen. Der Service war sehr zuvorkommend, freundlich und doch auch locker genug. So haben wir uns auch als junge Gäste sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Menü war ein Hochgenuss. Wir haben alle 6 Gänge sehr genossen. Angefangen beim Gruss aus der Küche (orientalische Spezialitäten) gefolgt von der St.Galler Rose, über den Kaisergranat, den Zander, die ausgezeichnete Taube bis zum finalen Waldbeerendessert und dem süssen Gruss zum Kaffee war jeder Gang und jeder Zwischengang ein Hochgenuss und perfekt zubereitet. Die Weinbegleitung war perfekt abgestimmt auf die Gänge und das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis sehr gut. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und haben den Abend im Einstein Gourmet genossen und werden gerne wieder kommen.

Ich war am 24.10. zu Gast und durfte das Überraschungsmenue genießen. Es war ein voller Genuss. Traumhafte Kreationen waren auf dem Teller. So viel Liebe war am Arrangement zu sehen. Die Jahreszeiten spiegelten sich wieder, die Herkunft von Moses, orientalische Klänge. Ich bin wirklich begeistert und voller Dankbarkeit, dass ich das erleben durfte. Ich wünsche dem ganzen Team weiterhin viel Freude und Erfolg. Der Service war sehr zuvorkommend! DANKE ..

Das Wichtigste zuerst: Ein Besuch im Einstein Gourmet ist ein Genuss für alle Sinne. Selten wird mit einer derart grossen Hingabe auf einem sehr hohen Niveau gekocht und aufgetischt. Die Crew des Einstein Gourmet schafft es, dass der Gast sich rundherum wohl fühlt.

Schlichte einfache Deko, junges aufgeweckte professionelles Team und jeder einzelne Gang, welches dich optisch und geschmacklich immer neu positiv überrascht. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Zwei Sterne Köche die gemeinsam kochen und das nicht nur zu einem speziellen Event sondern als Dauereinrichtung - das ist wirklich außergewöhnlich.Außergewöhnlich ist auch was dabei entsteht, nämlich Speisen auf exzellentem Niveau. Um nur eines beispielhaft herauszugreifen: Mediterrane NudelnNicht nur ein Gaumen- sondern ein Augenschmaus.Das Ambiente des Lokals ist nicht weiter erwähnenswert wird aber durch die Küchenleistung mehr als wettgemacht.Jeden Umweg wert !

Mit dem Lift ins Dachgeschoss, die Tür geht auf und wir werden von einem aufgestellten Kellner herzlich begrüsst. Drei Häppchen zum Apero - danach noch einmal eine Dreierkombination zum Einstimmen. Sehr schön angerichtet und begleitet von einer Rosenschale mit Trockeneis als Dekoration in der Tischmitte - die Damen waren sehr begeistert!Dann die Menuepräsentation - alles gut - die Damen entscheiden sich für vier Gänge, die Herren für 5 Gänge von maximal 6.In Kürze: sensationelle Küche - wirklich selten gut. Top Weinkarte mit gut akzeptablen Preisen. Eine Bedienung wie man sie sich wünscht: aufmerksam, freundlich, humorvoll, professionell....Ein gelungener Abend! Es lohnt sich dieses Gesamterlebnis einmal zu gönnen - oder auch ein weiteres Mal!
