There is clearly room for improvement in terms of quality. Swiss price level but you could still bake it better.

I have to give only one star because I went to this pastry shop yesterday. I bought several biscuits which I must say were not the best, the biscuit itself was good but they were empty. Instead they should have had jam but I had to add it. But the most serious thing is that I am allergic to cinnamon and I asked the lady if the cake contained cinnamon and the lady arrogantly said no it's a linzer it doesn't have cinnamon when I get home I try it and my throat swells because inside Cinnamon was present. It's serious and almost worthy of a complaint. So I give one star and won't go back again.
