Elma's Werkküche in Wetzikon (ZH)

You simply have to visit Kafi Feischter. The owner has a huge enthusiasm for coffee and you can taste it. The crowning glory is their own coffee roasting, which you can buy on site. One of our favorite coffees for our portafilter machine at home!

I was in Switzerland this past summer and went to a pop up event and Set Sail we’re cooking fresh wood fired pizzas. Their pizzas are by far the best pizzas I have ever tasted quite simply a taste sensation. I’ll be heading back to Switzerland just for their pizzas.
