I understood taking it slowly, but for two gift packages I was there for a quarter of an hour.

Well stocked and great prices, but who manages it.....

I had the pleasure of being served by the manager of the wine shop, Roberta, a Ticino sommelier, very professional, energetic, truthful. Excellent knowledge of wines and excellent ability to listen to the customer's needs and requests and know how to guide them, very good at recommending the right product based on the occasion or pairing. The choice of wines, especially from Ticino, is wide, complemented by international products. We notice the attention to new products and the search for gems and niche products that are not easy to find elsewhere. There is no shortage of spirits, the choice of which is equally varied, from whiskeys to grappas, from rums to gins. It was a great experience, both for the products purchased and for the courtesy with which I was welcomed and looked after by Roberta. I take away the memory of his professionalism and cheerfulness, as well as a beautiful 3 liters of barricaded grappa in the "delux" version with a blown glass dispenser!!!

Well-stocked wine shop with all national and international wines, the lady is very competent in explaining the various wines. I recommend a visit.

*5 stars* Contacted on Saturday on the eve of Mother's Day for an emergency (the wine hadn't arrived from another winery, so I had to quickly think of a solution), they proved to be not only very kind, but also professional and prepared . The wine shop, although it may apparently seem small to the casual eye, is actually well stocked, because I asked for a specific wine for my mother (the Mueller Thurgau) and not only did they have it, but also in three variations. They also have an excellent choice of Ticino and Swiss wines and, despite what you might think, the prices are very honest and within reach of all budgets, even small ones. Very interesting promotions that allow you to even take home some samples (wines that generally cost 35 francs a bottle at least) without breaking the bank excessively. We'll definitely see each other again, even when the lockdown is over 🌹🌸
