So I was allowed to pay for a coupe that I hadn't eaten, customer-friendly is different.

I've been there for the third time on Tuesday evening. The ice cream became more watery each time and the pomegranate sorbet had rotten pieces. The service is great. However, I don't like how the new boss treats the staff.

Incompetent staff. We were at Enrico's on a Tuesday afternoon and sat outside and waited for service. After 30 minutes, no waitress came up to us or took our order, even though one of them walked past our table 4 times. When we asked the waitress about it, the excuse: “I just came” was no understanding, no apology, nothing. The waitress had blonde hair and looked forced to work here. Enrico has therefore lost customers.

The interior is quite sober and cold, it doesn't necessarily invite you to stay longer.
