The service is very nice and competent. The boss cooks himself and really well 👍. We had soup, horse entrecote and an iced coffee. With a large bottle of water and wine. They are happy to respond to the guest's wishes. It is only recommended.

Super friendly service. Very accommodating, friendly, funny and professional. We felt very welcome. The food was absolutely great. Everyone at the table was very enthusiastic. Here everything is definitely prepared and cooked with love. Price/performance is great. The ambience is also very nice. The only thing that bothers me is the acoustics. When the restaurant is full, it is actually difficult to have a conversation. This was definitely not our last visit, we would love to come back.

After a trip to what feels like the most beautiful place in the world, you will be rewarded with absolutely fantastic cuisine. The food tastes wonderful and the eyes are also very happy to eat it. The staff is very friendly and also great towards children. I will definitely stop by here again to try the other delicacies on the menu.

A favorite for years, be it in the garden in summer or in one of the beautiful rooms in autumn. Yesterday I opened my culinary game season with a tender venison schnitzel and fine side dishes. As a starter, a fine spicy tartare. It was super nice! And the service, as always, was friendly and nice.

Restaurant Erlenholz in Wittenbach is in a rural but dignified location with a garden terrace. Food and drink as well as coffee or dessert (card) are provided. Friendly, attentive service is also available for details. Parking spaces are available. Can also be reached by bike or motorbike over and recommend it.

Only the worst quality is good enough. Sausages from the cheapest supplier. Ready-made cordon bleus etc. Cheese and sausage salad inedible. It's a shame about the beautiful location.

This restaurant is a hidden gem in the region of St. Gallen. It's kind of tricky to find it (thank God there's GPS now) but once you're there, you have a beautiful view on trees and greenery. It's outside of towns, there's no noise, perfect to enjoy the food and view. The staff was very friendly and forthcoming, immediately helping. The owner is a charming guy always joking. The food was pretty good, although I missed a non-pork alternative for the Cordon Bleu. The terrace is pretty nice BUT the red plastic chairs just come off as cheap standard mountain restaurant furniture. Replace these chairs with something more design/lounge style and you've got the perfect restaurant terrace on a sunny day!

Hometown! Best! Wolfi (Wolfgang) makes you feel at home. The excellent food is served by extremely friendly (!) and attentive staff (Kurt, Ahmed and Angeline = always nice to see you). Choose the ambience between homely, modern or in the wonderful garden in summer. For weddings, music events or needs in the rustic Gaden (“Schür”). The finest fillet, etc., comes with the best French fries.

Reception was very friendly. The staff was very accommodating and very flexible when ordering the food. Since there were a large number of guests (freeforever.ch), the food came to the table for everyone at the same time. The food was also excellent. Second helpings could be ordered without any major problems. The restaurant itself was clean and very pleasant. There are enough parking spaces available. There is a beautiful and great garden seating area for the summer. We would love to come back to let the Erlenholz team pamper us.
