Great pizza and friendly service! We've been here several times, but only in the restaurant, so without an overnight stay. Special requests such as no cheese, little cheese, extra ingredients, etc. are easily accommodated. The food tastes great and the location is cozy. In summer there is also a terrace for sitting outside.

We ordered our food online. After waiting for over an hour, we asked by phone. First it was claimed that our order had not arrived. After checking his emails, he suddenly found our order and talked his way out of it with a lot of traffic in the restaurant. After another hour of waiting, the call came that we could only pay in cash, even though we had selected online card payment. Even then there were only excuses. Will never order from there again!

Pizza nothing special I ordered food there today by phone to collect myself. When I went to pay the bill, I asked if the discount that was previously posted on the sign outside was still available. This gentleman became more and more annoyed and said that it was like that in Germany, so I would get it. There was an undertone that reminded me of my nationality. I know that I am a foreigner in Switzerland, but I have never been treated like this. It was beyond borderline. The price-performance ratio isn't particularly great either. I get 18.50CHF for a pizza everywhere, which the gentleman explained to me as very good value. Shame on dumping me like I lied, his decision. I definitely won't go there again.

The cordon bleu was dry and instead of the pasta we ordered, we were served fries. While the rest of the dishes were average, there was no apology from the restaurant and the courier was rude. Under these circumstances we will definitely not order from this restaurant again.

Update 2023: Worst pepperoni pizza I've ever eaten. Salami had no taste Green salad was very small, veal cordon bleu with raw ham was ordered. Instead of raw ham there was cooked ham, when I asked the waiter the answer was that it was the old menu. I think that's the worst excuse I've heard in a long time. Please adjust your menu or inform the guest when ordering at the latest.

The pizzas we ordered really didn't deserve the name "pizza". If you wait 50 minutes, I expect the quality to be at least satisfactory. It wasn't even remotely edible. The soil was absolutely nothing special and had no taste at all. The "cheese" was just a tough mass, nothing to do with mozzarella, just bland and definitely a cheap product. For an extra 1.00 FR I expect more than just 7 pieces of olives. Wherever these came from, you never tasted anything like olives. The red sausage had little to do with salami, as it was also absolutely tasteless. All in all it was a disgrace. It had ZERO taste, was far too expensive and we had to wait almost an hour. It's a real shame, now we'll never have Restaurant Falken again.
