I used to order there several times a week or go to pick up the pizzas, they were always delicious, but lately the pizza has either been tasty or not good at all. E.g. the whole topping falls off etc. The kebab meat is a disaster, old or very poor quality or even both, I don't know if they have a new owner or something but yes.. The Big Strong Man is very unfriendly...

Doner meat was dry and had a lot of cartilage. Cut too coarsely and not really edible. Mixed with chicken... what's that supposed to mean?! The lettuce and onions were soggy and not fresh. The bread was like a sponge. It wasn't seared on a grill for a second. No roasted aromas at all. Is it so difficult to fry the bread crispy and perhaps flavor it with butter? Fries were oily, soggy and barely salted. A huge disappointment. Selling the stuff is an impertinence.

The meat was really dry and cut too coarsely. It had lumps in it and was very fatty. It definitely wouldn't work when mixed with chicken meat!

After a long time we ordered 2 kebabs again. Unfortunately we were disappointed with the quality last time. Döner Balsthal: the bun was very soft, very bland and seemed like cheap industrial bread. Salad was bland. Doner Gyros: Roll was also very soft and bland. Just not tasty. The kebab was ordered without sauce and unfortunately there was still a lot of cocktail sauce in it. Als wir das Essen bekommen haben, haben wir nichtmal Gabeln oder Servietten bekommen. Das Essen war kalt und das Fleisch roch und schmeckte nicht gut. Der Dürüm war nicht so wie wir ihn bestellt hatten, die Hälfte fehlte. Wir hatten den ganzen Abend lang Bauchschmerzen. Wir werden hier nie wieder essen.
