Outstanding food, impeccable service, and a wonderful atmosphere... and all for a good price. I can not fault it. When I am next in Zinal, this is where I will be eating!

Very tasty food! Of course at Swiss prices. You can sit outside and have a bite to eat or drink, or sit down for dinner. I can only recommend the three-course menu as a short journey through the Swiss world of culinary delights. The only drawback here is that if you sit down inside, the service staff sometimes seem to have nothing to do other than stand right next to you and watch you eat. This may be uncomfortable for some people. As soon as it gets a little fuller, that will subside...but just avoid getting there too early...

I've been here for a cup of coffee and an ice cream. The coffee is tasty, but I wouldn't order a cappuccino, it's better to go for a latte macchiato. The ice cream is delicious and you have a lot of choice. For the rest, it is definitely recommended for something to drink/eat and it has a nice atmosphere. The food that came by also looked delicious.

Very beautiful and cozy restaurant. Delicious food and perfect service. Highly recommended! We were even allowed to take the cheesecake with us and leave the jar it was in on our doorstep the next day. Very thoughtful! Compliments!

A lovely decor , wonderful menu excellent wine selection but the delivery is lacking. Staff seemed exhausted , very professional but out of it. 2 waiters to serve a full restaurant I sympathise with the poor guys . Chairs are beautiful but not conducive to sit for dining serving ware is so fancy it doesn’t fit on the table and cutlery missing. Desert undercooked , Salads were uneventful, Soup excellent fries amazing but overall compared to the standard in Zinal it scores below average . Pity it has lots of potential. But really expensive for what you get

Disappointed! We reserved a table on a Tuesday evening in January! Mouth watering to be able to taste a fondue anniviarde specialty of the region and suggestion of the chef. Unfortunately we have to fall back on another dish! Good food, nothing to say! Except for our disappointment, it's as if you came to Friborg for a cheese fondue and were told that there was no more! Damage! A word of advice when making your reservation, make sure the dish will be available!

Highly recommended restaurant! Very friendly and courteous service, delicious food, fair prices. The raclette is a specialty of the restaurant and must be reserved in advance. Definitely worth a visit, we were completely satisfied.

Very good and varied menu, nice setting, however, choice of wine questioned by a third waitress who said she was surprised by our choice, offering us another wine more than 20.- more expensive without mentioning it spontaneously. Same experience experienced by the table next to us. This desire to make us consume more was not very pleasant.

Frankly to avoid, too bad, we will say that from the point of view of taste it is not bad but my God what slowness, in addition this place forgets that going out to the restaurant is still a party and that the service participates in it in a way primordial. We have been customers for 20 years… Basically it's expensive and the service doesn't follow. More than disappointed... especially since after a first bad experience with the current team, we told ourselves that we should not leave a negative impression. Arrogant and pretentious room manager who could not bear the answer to the question asked as to whether we were satisfied with this meal. We are not served the wine, the glass is taken away even though it is not empty, no spoon with the dessert…I go on and on, some of the best…and we end up being called a liar!!! In short, we will say that it is the inexperience of youth...but hey, regrettable not knowing how to take criticism and come out better from it... don't we say "admitted fault is half forgiven". Fortunately all the other restaurants in Zinal without exception respect their customers… we are saved!

After our walking tour we stopped there and had a sangria. Actually 2 because we were comfortable. Sangria was with freshly made fruit and clearly not just any wine but with sparkling wine that gave it an extra touch. The price was very reasonable at $7, so it was quite tasty. Friendly service. For the rest I don't know in terms of food and further service

Delicious and fresh food, very nice service. Large portions at affordable prices. A very charming place. We were there in the second half of June and could easily get great seats on the terrace with a beautiful view without reservation. We were positively surprised and, most importantly, full :) We recommend!

A little lack of dynamism on the part of the servers but the hamburger and fries was very good.

I am only reviewing the breakfast at le Ferme here. Unfortunately, the price/quality for the breakfast is way below expectations. They charge 15 francs per person (the same price for children, our daughter was charged the full price even though she is 8 years old). And for this price there is no eggs, no omelette, no selection of yogurts, no birchermüsli. Generally a very poor selection for that price. If possible, avoid this restaurant as a breakfast option.

Since the establishment seems to belong to Swisspeak, nothing is going well! Their only advantage is that they are the only ones open at mid-season in Zinal. The quality/price ratio but also the quantity/price ratio is very bad. The record slow service even though the restaurant was far from full... we had to give up desserts because no one came back to take the order... Nothing to do with the other addresses in the Val d'Anniviers - at avoid !!

Fine food, very friendly staff (at least in the evenings; in the afternoon on the terrace it was just okay...but the tart pomme was a sensation). Nice atmosphere with very comfortable chairs. Unfortunately, our seat inside wasn't nice, despite a reservation. We had the space in front of the large refrigerated display case, which not only made noises that were detrimental to conversation, but above all let out cold air from the fan. We also each had prawns without being given appropriate water or napkins for our hands. That's why we won't come a second time. A pity.

We had lunch without reservation, few people when we arrived, many skiers arrived around 12:45 p.m., but our order was already on the way and the waiting time was adequate. There was only 1 server, it may be a little long when the restaurant is full. Excellent food, we were 6 people; burger served on slate with burnt bread effect and Swiss beef entrecote on stove...a beautiful presentation, very tender meat, friendly server. A restaurant that still offers the pleasure of having cloth tablecloths and napkins without being in a 4-star hotel!!!

Four of us ate at La Ferme this evening, and we felt that the food was expensive (£25 for a very average rosti) The service wasn't great either, and despite having booked a table, on arrival it was clear that we had been forgotten and our table was set up in a rush. Our main course was cleared and we waited over one hour for someone to ask if we wanted dessert or drinks, but the staff were so preoccupied chatting to another group (in red jackets) that we were forgotten .... eventually we gave up and left. It's such a shame that the majority of restaurants in Zinal now appear to be owned by the same organisation, and that this has impacted on competitiveness, pricing and service. We had high hopes for our evening at La Ferme, sadly it doesn't compare to the restaurant it once was.

Lovely experience... came for early dinner in peak season and left pleasantly surprised... very nice salle, friendly service and delicious food... drinks and wine were excellent too... the desserts are a must-try... highly recommended and overall reasonable price (for Switzerland)...

A lovely setting with very friendly staff. On the other hand, the food was not great: the cheese fondue was served almost lukewarm, it didn't have much taste, the bread was not good. This is a chain restaurant (Swisspeak) and perhaps the fondue was not homemade. In any case we have eaten much better ones in other restaurants in Zinal

5-star food (comes from same kitchen as better The Bistro just down the street). 3-star service ranging from friendly and slow to indifferent and slow, though not that busy. At 630 pm our first choice entrees were not available but turned out ok since our pork ribs were wonderful. Slow to get wine, slow to get food, and - after skipping dessert because assumed would be slow - slow to get check.

Server actually walked away as I was ordering my drink, then didn’t come back to the table for a further 15 minutes to take our order despite walking past our table countless times. Terrible service and rude, admittedly I can’t comment on the quality of food as we left.

Endless waiting. Rather than warning people of a potential delay linked to the day's understaffing, the team preferred to fill their terrace and count on the patience of customers. We understand that summer is not the most clement, but on the first day of good weather during Sierre-Zinal, the crowds were predictable. Decent dishes, nothing more. I strongly advise against

I had boeuf tartare and it looked very nice! But the bouef it was very chewy and full of tendons. Not very nice. I was offered to have a new, but finer chopped. I declined as the Meat would still be full of tendons. In stead I had a green salad and risotto, which both where very nice

We would not recommend the restaurant. Service very slow, very long waiting times. Average food, very small portions with a high price. *** Over an hour's wait for the main course, drinks ordered that weren't served... The prices are posted outside the building, but the portions are really very small. Price/performance is simply not right. We didn't speak to the boss.

First time in Zinal, and i had my dinner with my friend in this restaurant and i can honestly say that the restaurant looks very clean, the waiter is friendly and talkative, the food is very delicious and the presentation is eye catching. Enjoyed been there and i hope to come back one day.

Service was ok, food wasn't great, very small portions but big price. Long waiting times (70 minutes until the main course arrived) even though we all had the same menu. We're still waiting for the drinks to be reordered today. Conclusion: very disappointed! not recommendable. What a shame... looks great from the outside. The service lady asked us how it was and we honestly answered "it's fine" - no reaction to that! We are simple and not demanding, but if everything is not right from A to Z then we give such feedback - it's just a waste of money. a lot of money as a family!

En logeant au Swissspeak nous avons la possibilité de nous restaurer à la Ferme. Cadre très agréable, respect total des exigences recommandées concernant le Covid, accueil sympathique et .....que dire de la viande grillée sur ardoise ? Un véritable délice. La fondue est également très goûteuse.

When the weather is nice you can sit outside. Wines were very good. Wanted to order raclette, but didn't have any. For those who came after us, they were suddenly... well, maybe a little overwhelmed with the Swiss German language ;)

Souper 3 adultes: croûtes fromage sans goût il ne devait pas provenir de la vallée.Entrecôte lavée mal cuite beaucoup de nerfs et tendons. Les frites nous n'en parlerons même pas !!!La régions est très belle.

Entrée en matière décevante:accueil très moyen de l’une des patronnes. Carte des vins très limitée, y en avait-il une?! La carte enfants était ok, les repas globalement bons mais les portions enfants et adultes trop petites. Jusqu’ici, cela était encore plus ou moins acceptable. Nous commandons un dessert, ok, les enfants sont servis et contents! Par contre quand j’ai reçu mon moelleux au chocolat, l’aspect du dit dessert était inacceptable! Moelleux éparpillé dans l’assiette, boule de glace pas propre et semblant de crème pas fraiche trainant au fond de l’assiette. Je me suis donc permise de le redonner et la même personne qui nous a accueillie me l’a repris en disant « Bon si vous ne voulez pas le manger je le reprends ». Avec le culot de revenir ensuite nous dire que j’aurais dû le goûter car d’autres personnes en salle l’avaient pris et trouvé très bon! » Elle ajoute: « On ne peut pas plaire à tout le monde »!!!!!Bref, nous n’y retournerons pas de sitôt et vous le déconseillons...dommage!

Very well eaten, the restaurant is pretty. The waitress was very pleasant. We had a great time. There is a children's corner, very practical. The boletus röstis are very good.

Nachdem wir sehr lange auf das Hauptgericht gewartet hatten, trafen wir auf falsch entgegengenommene Bestellungen und waren auch nicht zufrieden mit der Größe der Portionen. Das Verhalten des Eigentümers war unhöflich, als wir diese Punkte erwähnten.
