Feyzo Döner in Zürich

Looks like a regular side of the road food stand, but the ingredients and the make are top-notch. Had a falafel wrap here where the falafel was still crunchy on the outside and soft and warm on the inside. Most places I find make them really dry, so this a welcome change. Veggies were good, too and the sauces he makes are phenomenal. Good prices for Zurich, too, with a 0.5l drink costing 3 francs (as opposed to the regular 4 at kebab shops) and wraps/sandwiches being 9 (all at the time of posting this). Definitely will come back!

A delicious taste experience on four wheels! The kebab food truck is a real treat for all kebab lovers! The tender and juicy meat, the fresh salads and the perfectly balanced sauce make every bite a culinary highlight. Good portion (filled me up) Bread was tasty, vegetables were good, only the meat wasn't very good because it was in the warm container and not freshly cut. The meat (probably a mixture of chicken) was a bit dry when I took a bite. Since it was very quiet, I assume that I was eating there as a customer after a long time, which is why it wasn't very fresh. but all in all I was satisfied. I found it very nice that Birlik kebab meat is halal / helal and there was also a halal / helal certificate.

It is a snack stand. There is "only" chicken kebab, as the Swiss say about chicken, but it is very tasty with fresh salad and vegetables and delicately seasoned sauces. However, there are also other typically Turkish specialties (e.g. Çiğ [pronounced: Tschij] köfte {actually raw meat specialty, but vegan here}) as well as the classic fries and hamburgers. The service is very friendly. We recommend!

As a kebab and a citizen, the load is simply bad. Even by Swiss standards it's not even mediocre. Unfortunately, the business isn't even spelled kebab or doner. When you walk past you are addressed with "please" to get your attention, but unfortunately this scared me and the flight reflex started. Doner: The meat is not crispy or is taken out of a pot and becomes soggy and tastes more like minced meat than good veal or beef. The bread is not a nice toasted, fluffy flatbread but just a big roll that isn't easy to eat and is perhaps the most filling. The vegetables are ok, could use more intensity. Sauce selection is typical poor Swiss selection. No homemade sauces in sight, and herbs and garlic sauce seem to be completely missing? There is no seasoning with salt, MSG or aromatics at all. Hamburger: The cheap meat from the discounter is the same as the kebab. No roasty flavors and umami was completely missing. No suitable bread or composition of the recipe.
