Fries were good, fish crispy unfortunately not. Unsalted and not crispy. It's a shame that the fish comes from Kazakhstan, if the restaurant is called Fischerhaus you should expect something different. Self-service on the terrace.

Went to this fisherman's house near Grenchen with friends for the first time, after attending a concert shortly before closing time, our food orders were freshly prepared and served with care to our complete satisfaction! Highly recommended.

No more atmosphere, too expensive for self-service, unfriendly, tables too long, mass processing.

If you sit on the terrace, it's self-service. You go in with your table number to order and pay. Drinks and dishes are brought to the table by service. Daniel, a very nice host, cooks himself. The terrace is covered, the toilets are clean and the food is very tasty. Conclusion: When I'm back in Switzerland, I've already planned a visit again. Thank you.

Zander on a fitness plate: excellent! Garden on the Aare: Beautiful! But: Is it OK to allow smoking outside during mealtime? Especially if someone is still smoking a pipe, you can't really enjoy even the most delicious meal.

Self-service restaurant. We have already visited the Fischerhaus in Grenchen several times with the whole family. All generations were far more enthusiastic. The “simple” offers are exactly the best! Whether by car, bike or on foot, the restaurant is in the perfect location on the Aare. When the weather is sunny, the terrace becomes an oasis of well-being. See you soon.

The predecessors did it well and now it has become even better! Actually the best place in Grenchen to eat.

I really like being at the Fischerhus, it is very cozy and the food is great. The staff is also very friendly, even though they are usually very stressed. I recommend everyone to visit this cozy restaurant,✌️☯️

Hello. Actually the food was ok. I just thought it was a shame that the portion of the schnitzel with fries was so small that you left hungry. The dessert table had twice as many fries and the same menu. I noticed that only the positive comments were answered here. Was a little “disappointed”.

Nice little restaurant right on the Aare. A hotspot for many cyclists. The food was excellent, the service was very attentive.

This is a great place with a beautiful outdoor garden dining area right along the river that serves fabulous Swiss-style lightly-coated fried fish and a gorgeous mixed salad if you order the Fish Wellness Platter. They also sell larger servings of the same fish, either with or without french fries as well as Swiss beef burgers. You order drinks and food at the counter inside, and the friendly and kind servers will bring it to you at your table outside.

Cozy, right on the Aare and uncomplicated: exactly what you expect from a fisherman's house. The food (Zander fitness plate) was very tasty - the Zander crispy, the salads fresh and the tartar sauce outstanding. I'm glad the white wine is a little more expensive, so that my former trainer, Dr. Prof. Borner drinks a little less of it.

It's a shame the wine has just become extremely expensive. Far too few tables were set up despite the nice weather. Very unfortunate

Nice walk along the Aare to the fisherman's house, where you can drink and eat yourself outside (the food is brought to the table) as well as can be consumed in the cozy interior. Recommended.

It's a self-service restaurant and the smell outside at the outermost tables wasn't really inviting.

In Grenchen, it's better not to eat than to eat this, fish from grova this on the Aare a now go, eat the fish yourself, we'll never come back
