Great selection of meat and very tasty starters and side dishes! Meat a bit expensive but very good!

We were 30 minutes early, but they already offered us a table despite the house being practically full. The food was sensational. The pieces of meat (bison, rib eye, fillet) were awesome. Super tender fillet that melted in the mouth, bidon entrecote with a good bite and the ribeye was juicy and tasted great. The sauces that came with it were delicious, but not necessary with such great meat. The service staff was very nice, attentive and always with a smile despite the stress.

I've eaten there many times. Very nice atmosphere. Cool pictures hung. Staff is very accommodating and very friendly. My absolute favorite is the hamburger with fries. This is not a run-of-the-mill hamburger - there is nothing like it anywhere. The hamburger can be ordered individually. I always use bacon as an addition. This bacon is simply extraterrestrially delicious and I have never experienced such a delicious smoky taste. For the hamburger, buns are homemade, sauces too. You can't buy a sauce like that, it's just very nice both. The cucumbers (pickles) are incredibly tasty, you can't buy them like that, these cucumbers are in another dimension. The meat is of high quality and juicy, I like it a little rare. In this restaurant you can really unwind even from an annoying day at work. Keep it up. I'll be back;)

First of all, the food was really delicious and the service was great. We do really enjoy the ‚chief salad‘ and the beef filet in combination with the Spain Wine as Magnum. Quite expensive but very great.

During our trip to in Switzerland, we had an overnight stay in Chur. I had researched restaurants the day before and based on the previous reviews made a reservation on-line for 5:30 PM on August 16. When we showed up, our reservation could not be found, but they said it was not a problem and we were seated. Wow, the food was out of this world!. We started with the Grilled Bushetta, which was excellent. Then we both picked a filet from the maturing cabinet. It was cooked to perfection! Honestly the best steak I have had in a long time. We accompanied the steak with the Cheese Spaetzli and the seasoned vegetables. I would highly recommend the Spaetzli. We were not going to have desert, but the staff had located our reservation and apologized for the confusion. They then insisted we have the Chocolate Bananas from the grill on the house. FABULOUS. Great food and great staff.

Staff: a mixture of cool and dynamic and yet attentive and top quality. So service is really top. Food: Very interesting dressings and marinades. In general, the food on the menu can definitely be described as fusion food. So a combination of different cooking traditions or ingredients that don't normally belong together. Very well done and recommended 👍 However, the atmosphere wasn't really cozy or unusual and I ordered the steak medium-rare. However, it was really rare. But definitely worth a visit

What can I say? Anyone who appreciates delicious food, a relaxed atmosphere and friendly and attentive service has come to the right place. Ok, not cheap, but it's definitely worth it.

It may well be a meat restaurant, but this shouldn't be obvious from the decor. No plants were placed in the large, cluttered room and it is also very loud. The service is friendly but a little overwhelmed, which is why incorrect orders were taken. If you are a vegetarian you should avoid the restaurant for the following reasons. With 2 vegetarian main courses, the selection is relatively limited. In addition, the price for cheese spaetzli is excessive at 38 francs. I chose the falafel burger. That was very heavy on my stomach, which is why I went home early.

Great restaurant, brilliant cuisine. The steaks are prepared on a Green Egg grill. Perfect. We had starters put together and then various types of meat were served to us. Plus a few bottles of Malbek from 2017 from Argentina.

This meal took my breath away. My tastebuds had a tour around the world with a to-die-for tasting plater, then settled back in Chur again with the tenderest of tenderloin filet and cheesiest käseschpätzli. We had the honour of being the first table of the evening on their reopening night. Service was impeccable and the meal was hands-down the best I’ve ever had in recent memory. Thank you, Flavour’s for starting our Swiss tour off right!

We never thought we would want a steak this early in our travels but this opportunity was too interesting to pass up AND so glad we came here. From beginning to end this was an excellent restaurant. You can get the mixed starter appetizer but we opted out and got full portion of bruschetta and sashimi salmon. This quite possibly was the best salmon sashimi I’ve ever had…the sauce was sublime. The bruschetta was fresh tomato and enjoyed. We had a filet of beef and a bison steak. You can go to the “steak fridge” and pick your portion of grams of meat. The server didn’t ask us what temperature we prefer but both came Perfectly cooked, spiced and Amazingly good. Order the truffle mashed potatoes as a side, you won’t be disappointed! Beautiful ambiance, really good bottle of Spanish wine, excellent service personnel made out last night in Chur a lovely memory for us….grazie, danke, merci staff of Flavours 🙋🏻‍♀️👨🏻‍✈️

Well visited. The burgers were very good, I would go there again. But it was so full that a good conversation wasn't possible and unfortunately the service forgot half our order. Very tasty, dry red wine.

Spontaneous reservation worked well, but unfortunately ended up in the back room when the house was full. The food and service were good. The prices tend to be on the higher side.

A restaurant with a lot of ambience, located in the city center of Chur. We were welcomed and served very friendly. The Orkney salmon sashimi with nut butter is a hit! The burger made from a sophisticated special beef mixture is a poem. The dessert was also great. Hallelujah, we will definitely be back!

When your carnivore loving 4 year old daughter says it’s the best meal she’s had you leave happy and fully satisfied. The only thing you leave is wanting more and maybe wishing you would’ve ordered another filet/ribeye. The reviews and pics of this place don’t do it justice. They cook the meats perfectly and precisely on point in the green egg. Delicious! The sampler we had of soup, salad (best I’ve had), salmon (sashimi style), bruschetta was amazing! The bone marrow was also so good. Hands down go here and indulge. It’s worth it in every way.

Highly recommended tip, especially because of the sensational quality of the meat. But small details are also very good, for example the fried potato sticks have a delicate buttery taste. We'll be back as soon as possible.

The best steak restaurant I have found so far in Chur. I've been a regular for a year and haven't had a bad experience with the food so far. A reservation is recommended, but if you don't have a reservation you can have a drink outside and wait for a free table - if you're patient. The selection of meat is great for my taste - I prefer the rib-eye steak from the aging cabinet (rare/medium-rare). I think the mashed potatoes with truffle oil and vegetables are a good side dish. Unfortunately, they replaced a great French wine that was offered openly with a new wine that has absolutely no chance against the French. So far I haven't found a new red wine that suits me, so I would deduct 1 star. For dessert I usually have a second rib-eye steak. But sometimes it can also be Crepes Suzette or a cheese plate. I find the prices reasonable and not too expensive, and compared to similar offers in Zurich, they are relatively cheap.

Food was really, really good, but way too expensive. Unfortunately service was very bad. Inattentive, slow and not particularly competent. Examples? A drink with gin was promised as the house aperitif, but something with a martini was served (without asking!). Dishes were missing for every course. Wine had to be refilled yourself. Cooking levels were recorded, but then not adhered to. And that was just a selection of experiences!

We ate very well here! Nice ambience and good service. The meat was just great! The side dishes are very generous.

We were invited to Flavor's two weeks ago and it was a complete disaster. The service was non-existent, the agreements were not kept, you wanted à la carte, you received three large pieces of meat (for 10 people) which did not correspond to your wishes at all, the wine came much too late, it was simply subterranean. The meat was served to us on a cold platter and placed on the table! We didn't even want to eat felish again. We wrote another email because we were always so satisfied before. What was strange was that the previous owners weren't there. Unfortunately, we haven't heard anything to date and that's why we would like to give this review so that more people don't go to this restaurant because of the previous praise. A pity

Very fine food. Unfortunately the service leaves more than to be desired. We received our first round of drinks very quickly and were able to order our food afterwards. With our meal we were able to order the next drinks. After that, unfortunately no one came to accept further drink requests or a dessert order. After a good 45 minutes we were at least able to order the bill. Very unfortunate. We would have loved to have had more drinks and a dessert. If you only like very good food, this is the place for you. But if you value good service, you should choose another restaurant.

In 5 weeks of dining out and about in Switzerland, this restaurant was outstanding in all respects. But mostly, the meats! If you love choice meats cooked superbly this is a place you must go.
