The owner has a reputation of being very unfriendly, even rude. Unfortunately, I only got to experience this in situ. I had gone there once before, with my Chinese friend, and the service was good. The owner wasn't there. The second time, he was there, and rude. My Chinese friend and I chose not to stay for the dinner we had come for. Unable and unwilling to stand his rudeness, we left. The only other patrons were there, two ladies, also left. We all met, later - uncoordinated - in another Asian restaurant with better reception and atmosphere.

We were thinking of spending a lovely evening in this restaurant and as we started the main course and having finished my beer, I asked for an empty wine glass to share the 2 dl of wine that my wife had ordered. The owner suddenly said “because the beer wasn’t enough for you” and I kindly told him that it was the aperitif. As our meal progressed, it turned out that the spring roll was very fatty, that the Cantonese rice was simply deglazed rice in a brown sauce with 4 peas without an omelette and without ham . This meal was the most disastrous in the three years we have been living in Bulle. We neither return anymore.
