Completely overpriced, unfriendly staff. I'd rather go to Migros and get something like that that tastes at least as good and is massively cheaper.

Mega friendly staff and super fine bowls. Happy food for happy people. The owners are always in a good mood and always have fun at work, no matter how busy the store is. They create a great aura. I love this bowl shop in Aarau

Love at first sight. Are freshly bridled nearby. Our salvation during the move. Super tasty, healthy, quick. Totally nice and professional. And being able to order online and then pick it up is also great. I'm afraid half my salary will end up there in the long run 😂.

In my opinion, definitely the best and most balanced lunch you can get near the train station! The protein machine is awesome, and the ability to put together your own bowls provides a lot of variety. The service in the restaurant is brilliant - friendly, personable and personal, you feel welcome at all times. I definitely recommend a visit to FloW-Bowl if you are looking for a delicious, healthy and inexpensive meal at the train station in Aarau!🫶

I didn't have a good start to the morning today and thought I'd treat myself to a good lunch. I had heard from my lecturer how good the bowls were and wanted to see for myself. The lady at the checkout explained everything to me and since I like surprises and am open to new things, I ordered a small Chefbowl. It was absolutely delicious and set me up again. The size was perfect and I was well fed for an educational afternoon.

Very fine food! Beautiful ambience with plant decorations and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. There are enough sockets and seating available. When I wanted to order I was asked if I had been here before, when I said no the nice gentleman explained everything and showed me the different choices. However, the price is a bit expensive. I ordered a medium box (with drink approx. 17.60chf) and unfortunately I was still hungry afterwards.

Very unfriendly staff. The food is certainly healthy, but it could be tastier. The Chef's Bowl is probably simply a way of using up leftovers from what is currently available in excess - but it's extra expensive.

The selection of food options is very large, so everyone is guaranteed to find something, and no matter what, it always tastes fantastic. In addition, I have rarely met such friendly and attentive employees as here. I always enjoy coming back and am already looking forward to the next time 😋! 100% recommendation!

Bamm! My new favorite lunch treat. I came across it about a month ago through a work colleague and have now enjoyed over 10 bowls. The ingredients are very fresh, tasty, the sauces are very tasty and overall very healthy. The team is always very well positioned and also gives recommendations. Really highly recommended, I'll be back soon.

When we visited the Flow Bowl, we were immediately greeted and served. We put together the bowl ourselves. The selection is huge. One portion is enough and you'll quickly feel full. The gentleman who served us was super friendly. The bowl is prepared really nicely. That's what I'm happy to spend my money on. Highly recommended & we will definitely come back. Deserved 5 stars!!

Simply super delicious bowls, everyone will find something to suit their taste! The bowls are always freshly prepared. In addition, there are no plastic goods like at other take aways in the city! Many people can learn a lesson from this! TOP, always happy to come back.

The bowls are super tasty and huge (I can eat one bowl twice). I think it's great that attention is paid to sustainability and that the restaurant has the best price-performance ratio. My absolute favorite restaurant when I am in Switzerland. Fast, friendly and healthy.

I stumbled in here super hungry and came out satisfied and full, but not overeaten. Was the normal size (regular). There is a toilet with a changing table around the corner, a variety of food, and delicious homemade iced tea. Not too sweet and still fruity. The two of them are really nice, attentive, accommodating to other guests (I ate in house) and funny. I found it refreshing to dine alongside herbs and it was great that the napkins, bowls and cutlery were 'green' 🌱. I wish you a lot of success and a constantly growing customer base!

Spontaneously decided to eat healthy today, we weren't disappointed at the Flow Bowl. Well-seasoned, spicy, not boring bowls, delicious homemade iced tea and regional artisan beer at a healthy price-performance ratio. Great hosts, relaxed and harmonious atmosphere. We'll be back, that's for sure.

Nice and professional owners. I only tried the “Protein Machine” bowl on this very local Aarau place, but I liked it a lot. Very balanced ingredients. Nice if you have dietary restrictions or just try to eat healthy for health’s sake. The bowl was still tasty and had enough quantity. We will visit again!

I wanted to eat here with my colleague this evening and had to wait for her so I took a seat. 5 minutes later I was just cold thanks to the air conditioning, despite my jacket. Uncomfortable!
