Unfortunately I cannot agree with ANY of the previous reviews!! Because these reviewers either have no requirements or knowledge or were just lucky!!! Since it is the only florist in Herzogenbuchsee, my husband ordered a bouquet of roses for his birthday, read a bouquet and not a few roses!!! We or I neither received the bouquet nor did anyone think it necessary to ring the bell. These were just standing carelessly on the main street in front of the apartment building at the entrance door! I was at home and the doorbell didn't ring or anything!!! An absolute failure, then you'd better order from Fleurop, you can see what you're ordering... and the bell rings!!! The bouquet & the service absolutely lousy! One more reason not to support small businesses, but rather online from an internationally and Switzerland-wide recognized florist with a delivery service (which also offers ringing as a "service").

I ordered a flower heart for our deceased friend by phone from abroad. Everything worked out great. Our order was carried out to our complete satisfaction without any additional bureaucracy.

Very nice flower shop. Beautiful arrangements. Beautifully decorated inside and out. It doesn't just have flowers. But also tea etc. Ideal for a small gift. The saleswomen very nice. The price-performance ratio is right.

Yesterday I was a guest for the first time. (I bought a bouquet) My positive impressions: - super friendly staff - beautiful, well-kept shop with great flowers - you can see the passion that goes into it! - fair prices and quick processing - Ordering by email worked smoothly (Although I only wrote the day before and on a closed day) My negative impressions: - Unfortunately I had to leave again :-) Keep it up!

I was allowed to put an Advent wreath at Blumen Graf from my company ☺️ The atmosphere was wonderful! Great employees who conjure up beautiful things with a lot of love. We were given great instructions and were allowed to make wonderful wreaths, where we were often praised for our creations. The materials are handled very carefully there 🥰 Gladly again! ✨

Flower deliveries via Fleurop or telephone are beautifully arranged, but unfortunately not all of the flowers are fresh! - always disappointments!
