I'm 40 years old today and I discovered this steakhouse on this occasion. First of all, the service: smiling, efficient and friendly. Nothing to say except thank you and well done. Then the cuisine: the pan-fried foie gras as a starter with its passion fruit and coffee sauce is a pure delight. Then, the main course: the Meating, 250g of beef (for two people or more), with homemade butter and itou fries, a real treat. I finished my partner's portion at the risk of not being able to have dessert. What a mistake it had been! Their crème brûlée, served in a shallow but large plate, is worth a detour. In short, flawless as we would like to see more often.

Value for money not justified we took a Chinese fondue 3 meats no explanation on the meats and sauces, 1 of the 3 tough meat cut in the wrong direction, we recommended fries it was a long time coming, Too bad the setting is nice but a lot of work in the kitchen needs to be done again It's not my fault it's Burger King doing better than you in terms of cooking learn to accept criticism

Excellent welcome Came with 5 people We ate game and perch fillets. The meat was butter and the perch fillets were a delight.

The welcome is very warm and friendly. What can we say about the menu... the meat is excellent, the pan-fried foie gras to die for, the hunting menu is brilliant. The squash cream is extra good, the venison filet mignon is so tender, in short, it's a treat! Even the children found happiness with the mini Burgers. I recommend them without hesitation.

But the service is problematic because there is very little regard for customer needs, although one wonders whether one should not express oneself in a southern language to have the same quality of service as other customers.

Tasteless cuisine, overpriced prices (1.... g of very small lamb fillet for more than Fr 50.-), minimalist service. A gesture on the price of the lamb fillet appreciated, but the meat was not tender... not up to the standard of a Steakhouse!

Great place for lunch, good food, fast and efficient service

A few years ago everything was excellent. I went back about a year ago and I thought I noticed that the team had changed. The Chinese fondue formula was unlimited. However, when there are 6 of us and the first meat dish arrives with barely 10 pieces, we are still a little hungry. So we ask for meat and are told that it is extra. However, the formula is at will… The waitress again brings a dish with barely two pieces each, we ask for more meat and finally a large dish arrives... logic would dictate that a large dish arrives first and then small quantities... very good broth! Then, I went back there recently and it convinced me not to set foot there again. A Chinese woman, who this time is no longer at will (so?) I tell myself that the meat portions will be more reasonable. Well no! Barely 3 pieces per person. The broth was absolutely not good, it was visibly composed of water and spices. We therefore do not recommend meat, because paying for 2 additional pieces is ultimately not worth it. The price is not worth the quantity! Especially when the broth is not good. I won't come back again!

Pleasant discovery accompanied by a few surprises. We had the fondue bourguignonne and the meat from Switzerland was delicious. Amuse bouche as a starter (mussel croquettes) also delicious. Small problem with the accompaniments, very small portions for a table of 4, a lot of waiting for the accompaniments, we ate the meat with the sauces almost... twice the stoves were not refilled. Despite the few people, the friendly waitresses were quite overwhelmed. I would like to come back to see if this situation was a fluke or rather recurring.

We went Thursday evening, we ate well but above all the service was impeccable, a charming waitress, very friendly, smiling and super efficient. We will come back.

First time and a little disappointed. The mixed salad: there were 2-3 half cherry tomatoes and a few (3-4) strips of red cabbage and a lot of green salad. 10 fr. For green salad, it's a bit expensive. Ordered medium rare meat and sweet potato fries. Received uncooked meat and ordinary fries. Once the meat was ready, it was very good.

Garlic shrimp are delicious. But I think there was pastis in the sauce and personally I'm not a big fan. Otherwise the friendly waitress and good general atmosphere. The boss thanks us at the end.

Most restaurants have extensive menus and the majority of dishes are frozen products, well here that's not the case! The Steackhouse De la Fontaine offers a smaller but even more tempting menu. The products are local, fresh, homemade and of incredible quality. A treat for the taste buds ! A warm welcome, very pleasant, friendly and professional staff. Very good ventilation. The toilets were spotless. The meat is cooked perfectly, the vegetables are crunchy and well cooked, the side dishes and sauces are homemade and delicious. The place is clean, well decorated and arranged. This is a great experience that we will no doubt repeat soon. THANKS !

Never disappointed. Fair prices. Very well stocked plates, even for big eaters! A friendly and efficient team in an original setting. From Neuchâtel, it is for us our “taste stop” every time we go to Valais! Don't hesitate any longer, go there with your eyes closed or almost because the presentation of the dishes is very beautiful😉!!!

We were warmly welcomed without prior booking. Restaurant seemed busy outside but not inside. We were able to find parking just outside. We had a dog and they brought a water bowl which was great. English not spoken and no menu in English however we were able to get by with my very little French! Had the 1kg beef for two that comes with fries, they serve you salad beforehand. Beef came out sizzling from the kitchen. It smelled and tasted good. The aperol spritz was a bit flat and towards the end the service slowed down however if you feel like steak this seems to be a good choice if you are in the area.

Un service attentionné et sympathique ainsi qu’une bonne carte des vins du Valais complètent les atouts de cette bonne table qui mérite d’être découverte.

Notre escapade en Valais nous amené à nous arrêter dans ce Steakhouse. Une viande de cheval légère, au plat du jour, accompagnée de frites et de légumes bien cuits. Service et accueil agréables et chaleureux.Je recommande vivement ce restaurant.

En route pour Sion depuis Genève, nous nous sommes arrêtés sur la terrasse à midi! Nous avons très bien été accueilli par les propriétaires et avons tous beaucoup apprécié nos plats (poitrine de poulet, entrecôte sur ardoise)! 10/10 : je recommande vivement ce restaurant! Merci pour tout!

J’étais arrivé à un point où je n’y croyais plus, vous savez le moment où vous vous dites que MacDo n’est pas si mal!!!L’accueil est juste parfait, on vous laisse le temps d’arriver, on vient vous voir sans stress et avec le sourire, les patrons viennent vous dire bonjour, on se sent juste bien, presque l’ami de la famille.La carte est de taille parfaite ce qui fait que vous ne passez pas trois heures à jongler entre le poisson, les pâtes, les viandes, etc. Tout est clair et surtout tous à l’air appétissant.Quand l’assiette arrive on se réjouis de ne pas être tomber sur un resto qui calcul le prix de reviens de chaque plats au centime près. On ressent que les patrons sont de vrais amoureux de la cuisine, qu’ils sont sincèrement heureux de vous le faire partager.Il est certain que je retournerais dans ce restaurant, il y a un parking, les toilettes sont TRÈS propres (très révélateur pour moi), et encore une fois quel bonheur de trouver une vrai table ou l’on sort simplement bien, dans avoir l’impression d’avoir jeté un billet par la fenêtre.Merci à ce couple de restaurateur.SINCÈREMENT MERCI.
