Food was super delicious!! Burger was still warm and we enjoyed cold beer!! It would be nice if you also had more choices in Manu that are not fried dishes😊

Staff is very friendly. Orders can take long on rush hours which is normal and expected. Food delicious

We have always been very satisfied so far. But the last three orders were very bad. Very long waiting times. Today the burger arrived after 1 hour, cold, dried out and the cheese didn't even melt. It's a shame, we were customers for a long time and often and are very disappointed.

This restaurant is really bad, whether it's the staff that wows you and looks up at you or the racist comments from those in charge. the food is not always very fresh many things are all already prepared we add some ingredients and we tell you it is homemade from these needs! the meat from tacos and gringos comes deja marinated and frozen, the tortillas, the pasta is frozen, olives and corn are canned sauce odelpaso already packaging, and the restaurants are in advice and mouse also all the uber eats and just eat are there, To pass on the word of this restaurant that has no interest in Basel and so much better to go your way big rats.

Friendly and good food but a bit expensive

Update 18.08.23 After contacting the customer service. They offered us a voucher from foodhero and also made sure we received a voucher from justeat. Thank you for the great response. 1.5 hour after ordering, our food finally came (first we had to call where the food was) Burger and fries cold (even though the restaurant is 5 minutes away), no sauce with fries even though we ordered extra sauce. Cheesecake and chocolate mousse on top of burger, they were warm ....no spoon or fork for the deserts..... this for over CHF 80!!!! Never ordering here again.

Yesterday I and a friend had dinner at this restaurant with delicious food and truly wonderful. Above all, we were assisted by a girl named Chloé who was extraordinary with a super polite treatment and attentive to all the needs and questions we had. We will surely return because apart from how delicious the food was, Chloé's service was wonderful. Congratulations !!!!!!

Sometimes order delivery or pickup. Food is prepared fast and is delicious (medium rare it is), delivery is also top speed.

I visited this place many times and was blown away by the amazing service provided by the staff and the great food. I was greeted with warm smiles and friendly conversation, which immediately made me feel very welcoming. As for the food, it was absolutely delicious. The menu offered a wide range of options, so I could try each time different things. I regularly order from Food Hero via the app. I haven't had any problems so far. Super fine burgers and the ghost tacos are also awesome, plus the delicious chocolate mousse! I would happily order again.

Totally overpriced, because the portion of fries that was ordered with the burger contained 14 fries... it couldn't be more stingy! What a shame!

Just Amazing!! Everything is diverse and very good! We order 2 to 3 times a week from our violin company. And the delivery people are incredibly polite and kind! Above all, don't change anything. 🙌🙌

We have ordered there quite often now and have never been disappointed. Practical concept, always super fast and very good quality. Can recommend the pasta/ravioli, burgers and definitely the salads. The fries are also the best we've ever had! 😍 P.S.: Some of the reviews here are just pure nonsense! Only one star because your delivery area is not covered?! 😂 This borders on “character assassination” because a review should above all reflect an achievement!

I love the food in here and have ordered many times. I had to change my rating because since it became food hero (from pop up) it no longer delivers to my address in batteriestrasse. Uber Eats do but you can only order from one place at a time.

Not well thought out concept. My daughter discovered ONE of the restaurants on Uber-Eats. The concept of La Manufacture is brilliant, so the entire family of different chefs put together a great dinner. The children were also very enthusiastic. BUT: at the end of the ordering process comes the hammer: Oberwil is outside the delivery area. OK. I called and was told that I just had to place individual orders from the restaurants. Hey, guys, you have to rethink your concept and simply assign the orders that are no longer in your delivery area to other couriers. Or are the chefs so overloaded that they can only serve a small area? From a young pop-up company, I expect a much better approach to the conception of deliveries. Once the problem has been solved, I will be happy to order and adjust the stars accordingly. Important: the one star does not go to the certainly great chefs, but to the unfinished delivery concept of the parent company.

this was an amazing experience, this is so good please do not hesitate and go eat here the food is amazing and the people are amazing, plus the prices are really reasonable and affordable but do NOT think of these prices as a indicator of low quality, because this food is amazing that words aren't enough to describe the marvelous taste of the food here.

We ordered 2 burgers today and I picked them up. First, they could not find them, then they thought I was Ali. Finally the burgers were lukewarm and the medium paddy was so rare it is a miracle it was not dripping blood.

Large selection of unique cuisines (6 in total, as the name "6 Chefs" obviously suggests). Excellent quality for take-out or a quick bite. Food feels high-end for the reasonable price. The pop up restaurant seems a vit makeshift but that is, I believe, not concept of this place. I highly recommend the flavorful Japanese Waku Waku Katsu Sandwich, the juicy Buddy Smash Burgers, and of course the classic La Manufacture Burgers 🍔.

Anyone who already knows the manufacturer's burgers is entering familiar territory 👍. An innovative concept where at the moment we are offered 3 types of cuisine (Japanese, Burgers and French Tacos). A very nice surprise in the heart of Basel, 2 minutes from the train station, where you can order sushi, sandos, burgers and tacos without being afraid of the quality. I recommend it to everyone.
