Nice restaurant on the Aare with a view of Lake Thun. I can only recommend. Cool and varied menu - also for veggies :).

Based on the pictures, we expected a large location, park and mini ramp, but there was actually a container and seats for around 30 people. The toilet is also 5 minutes away. We didn't consume anything, maybe the location information is simply incorrect

We were there last year. Simply wonderful for young and old👍 I think it's a shame and a loss for Thun that it can't take place this year. Hopefully next year.🍀🙂

The whole thing seems a bit too alternative and left-green to me. The festival lighting when the sun is shining doesn't really match this impression. Families shouldn't occupy entire tables with their picnic, decency is nil?! Possibly compulsory consumption that brings something to everyone and slows down these centrists? Otherwise good, fresh and seasonal offer with a good price-performance ratio.

With lots of charm and friendly staff, it's a great place to have a drink or something to eat. There are plenty of parking spaces right around the corner and Schadaupark invites you to take a short walk.

The breakfast was tip top. Unfortunately they didn't refill water and juices. You had to keep asking

FREDS Garten is the perfect place to chill out privately or to hold a business meeting in a relaxed atmosphere. We at THINK EARTHY always enjoy coming to FREDS Garten. I can especially highly recommend the homemade iced tea. The staff is friendly. The location is close to the city and yet you feel a little outside of it. Simply great!

Drank the very first beer in Switzerland here. Surprised at the prices, but the beer was quite good. The location is very chic.

Very cool place to stay and enjoy. Unfortunately, the staff is not always friendly. We had to wait over 1 hour and 30 minutes for our food when we were finally able to order. But the food was ok too. Always happy for a drink or a coffee, but unfortunately not anymore.

Actually quite a cozy place but some of the prices are a bit on the pharmacy side.

Freds Gartä is one of my outdoor favorite places! Fine drinks, excellent food, cool lüt uuuuuuund... hebet nech in Bänkli..... here are the best ice cream sticks - of course, the ones from early morning where they are two-colored! It feels cool and like a holiday, we are here and we have a playful festival feeling. Always and always and always again please!!!

Great idea and great execution! Makes the area very open and friendly. Good selection of beer and other drinks as well as some foods. Very cozy to sit at in the summer and enjoy an afternoon of relaxing or reading and exchanging ideas with friends.
