Freestyle Carwash & Bistro in Zuchwil

It was the first time at Freestyle Carwash (redeeming a gift voucher for a premium program with interior cleaning). The car wash immediately gave me a very clean and professional impression. Very efficient and careful work by the operational team. Very nice and friendly service in the bistro too. I was very satisfied and will definitely come back. Great and keep it up!!!

Since it was the first time that I used the services of Freestyle Carwash, I wanted to find out by phone whether with or without registration and what the opening times are. It was clearly explained to me that I could come by at any time throughout the day without registering, they were open continuously from morning to evening. So I stood in front of the car wash at 12:55 and was told in a harsh tone that the employees now had lunch and the outside/inside washing wasn't going to be done... I explained to the employee that I had made a special phone call in the morning, then he pointed out to me again about the well-deserved lunch, but then waved me on and said that it would now be done. When I arrived at the processing station, I got my two dogs out of the car to wait with them in the bistro. Again, not a word from the three employees, no greeting, just appraising looks. The car key was returned to me after 25 minutes just as wordlessly... The result of the cleaning was accordingly...the interior was moderately vacuumed out, the rims were still partly dirty. The fact that everything wasn't completely clean wouldn't have bothered me so much at the moment... but the way you are treated as a paying customer makes me sad and angry at the same time. It can't be right to treat customers so disrespectfully. No, I won't decide to stop going there for lunch... The first time, the last time and definitely never again.

Price / performance top, I will become a regular customer! In addition, the associated bistro is a great idea that I like to use!

Really clean 🧼 I paid CHF 290.00 for my car - total cleaning including upholstery etc. I am very grateful and satisfied! Since the price at the end was CHF 50.00 higher than on the price list, I decided not to leave a tip.

Top friendly service, was there for the first time today and everything was explained. I think price/performance is great. Cleaning the car inside and out in such a short time couldn't be better 👍 Unfortunately the bistro is currently closed. I will definitely go by again.

For 49.- car washed today plus interior cleaning. I'm thrilled, really very thoroughly clean and smells good. Even stains removed from the seat - great! I'll treat myself to this again.

I've washed the car here probably 4 times now, and sorry guys, such a poor service for the price 18 CHF - Sills, trunk and rims were not clean. Vacuum cleaner, only runs for 2 minutes It's no wonder that everything has to be cleaned manually...

Price/performance for 49.- very good. In 15-20 minutes the car is cleaned inside and out and very well! Of course it's not perfect, for example the rims aren't clean afterwards, but I don't think for just under 50 euros you can expect every single spoke on an OZ Superturismo to be cleaned by hand. All in all I am very satisfied and will come back.

The price is cheap with CHF. 49.00. But I say I would also have the one for CHF. 29.00 can take. Car not really cleaned. When I asked a few days whether it was possible and not too dirty, I was told absolutely no problem, everything was possible. So I came today and handed over my car to be cleaned in the belief that it would be cleaned later. That was a mistake. It would have been cleaner in any other car wash. I even found some dirt outside. And the windshield wasn't cleaned inside.

Unfortunately, the car wash doesn't clean some areas. At the old car wash in Zuchwil, an employee previously worked on these areas. If you have to do it quickly, that's fine. To get a clean car you probably have to book a service.

For 15 minutes my car was like new for 49.- Perfect 👌

Well structured company. Attentive employees.

However, in modern systems the drying is not satisfactory. The car has huge stains after washing. The windshield wasn't really clean. Wasn't the first laundry there, a shame, but a good alternative in the area

It's wonderful to have the car cared for both inside and out, and while you're at it, treat yourself to culinary delights in Bistro Gabi. Warmly again and again...

Price-performance for the premium laundry is 🔝. Only the rims could have been rubbed/cleaned a little better, but given the price and speed, that's absolutely fine.

Unfortunately the rear window wasn't clean.

No alternative 5 stars. Pulled up unannounced yesterday, booked premium and after 15 minutes (!) the cleaning inside and out was completed. The result, taking time and price into account: absolutely TOP! In the meantime you can have a coffee in the pretty bistro.
