Unprofessional treatment of staff and guests. Due to staff shortages, swimming is prohibited in the indoor pool. The website says open. Upon arrival, we were informed about the ban (except for swimming course participants during the course).

Price is expensive, the indoor pool hasn't changed, there's mold on the ceiling in the indoor pool and dirt in the water. Dirt has been floating inside for a few weeks and the water temperature is very cold, even in the cloakroom.

The facility is very well maintained and clean right from the entrance. The furnishings are a few years old but are in top condition. There are four pools (trampoline, children's, swimming and babies). It's usually open from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m., so you're sure to find a suitable time to swim. There are enough cheap parking spaces for approx. 1 CHF / hour. To try it out, I bought a 10 ticket for 79 CHF. The water temperature for swimming is approx. 28°C.

We love it too go there with our 3 year old kids. It's small so you have a good overview and in the mornings usually not crowded. In the afternoons and evenings are often classes hence quite busy. A baby pool with a (very) short slide and a middle pool 0.7-1.2 m deep is perfect for our kids. The temperature of the water and air is in general good. Except when walking down to the men's changing room, it's a bit cold.
