A rustic country pub, uncomplicated, well attended (reservation recommended), with extremely friendly service and above-average food for a place like this. The portions. are huge - and yet nothing is left because it tastes great. The burger is known far and wide and so is the homemade cream slice.

What a lovely and cozy restaurant. We spontaneously stopped in for dinner and were surprised by the good food, the pleasant and competent service and the aperitif!! It doesn't always have to be Aperol Spritz. We can only recommend the Freihof Spritz.

We passed by by chance while hiking. The friendly reception encouraged us to stay seated. We had a very good lunch. The dessert was wonderful. The service is incredibly nice and very competent. Very pleasant experience.

It's always nice to come back to the country

In dieser Landbeiz wird man sehr freundlich bedient! Das Essen ist vorzüglich ! Besonders das Rindfleisch ist Spitze! Wer einmal dort eingekehrt ist, geht wieder dorthin!

Wir von der Theatergruppe Russikon wurden herzlich begrüsst. An den im Garten einladend gedeckten Tischen wurden uns Heiri's spezielle Hamburger mit gemischtem Salat, Pommes und Dessert freundlich serviert. Wir fühlten uns willkommen und wohl. Vielen herzlichen Dank an Monika, Heiri und Personal für den feinen Zmittag und den guten Service!

Man kommt rein und wird von allen, ob Gastgeber oder Gäste begrüsst! Wo gib es das noch? Zusammensitzen, reden, jassen, lachen ob drinnen oder draussen es ist einfach herrlich! Monika und Heri, danke, dass ihr die Gast-Freundschaft lebt! Übrigens Rösti mit Käse und Spiegelei und ein feiner Salat ist auch für Vegis perfekt fein!

Warum denn in die Ferne schweifen, das Gute liegt so nah. Man muss nicht nach Nashville Tennessee, nein nach Neschwil soll die Reise gehen. Einkehr im Landgasthof der feinen Art, bei Moni und Heiri. Soll`s noch was zum Essen sein? Ein Filet und ein Glas Wein ... kannst die Zähne ruhig zu Hause lassen, das Filet zerinnt auf der Zunge.Nebst andern ebenso leckeren Köstlichkeiten eine Atmosphäre wie man sie sich wünscht: "herzlich, ungezwungen mit ländlichem Charme".

Das Filet war unglaublich zart. Sehr gute Qualität wird aufgetischt. Ich bin begeistert und werde sicher wieder Einkehren.

Schöne, urige Beiz wie aus meinen Kindheitserinnerungen. Lecker Essen und grosse Portionen, nette Bedienung, man kann auch schön ruhig im Freien sitzen. Ein Dorf als wäre die Zeit stehengeblieben. Ich komme gerne wieder.

Saftiger, gut gewürzter Hamburger mit gemischten Salat an Hausgemachter Salatsauce.
