I think Ömis Freihof is great! Food very good in the restaurant and also delivered! Ambience is also very peaceful!

I can't say anything about the local itself. Absolutely not recommended for ordering. I used to enjoy ordering here but now for the second time the food has taken 2 hours to arrive. When I called to ask, I was told the food had been left in the mailbox (which of course wasn't the case because I had chosen cash as the payment method.) The fact that they still claim that they have tried to contact me several times without success is really outrageous . Never again. A pity

Pizzas were pretty good for a delivery service. The delivery came at the agreed time. Supplier friendly. Prices are also absolutely reasonable. Can't complain at all and can only recommend Ömi's pizza deliveries.

NEVER AGAIN! Worst service ever!! Ordered a pizza for lunch (estimated time 25-40min) and we have waited 1 hour and half and still nothing! Call to the restaurant to ask and they said “is on the way” and hang up even before we finish talking!!! This is very bad!

I deleted my first 5-star review. I spent hundreds and hundreds of francs on the Freihof over a long period of time. Without exception, the corresponding courier also received a tip as a sign of appreciation and understanding for their hectic job. Strong tolerance was often required, which I exercised. Be it because of forgotten orders or various delays of over 30 minutes without me being informed. There are restaurants that inform you even if you are 10 minutes late. I think that's extreme in the other direction, but it shows tremendous customer service. The lunch menu for CHF 21 is a very great offer. I loved your panna cotta. The pasta was also mostly very good. If it was bland, no problem, it can happen. No reason to deduct stars. I haven't had the pizzas for a while, but I still remember them excellently. So far so good and no problem at all. Why 1 star now? On March 31, 2023, after a long time, I ordered the lunch menu (Spaghetti Della Casa, Panna Cotta + Mineral) again for 12 p.m. When I didn't get a ring at the front door or a phone call at 12:26 p.m., I contacted the restaurant - understandable, since my orders had already been forgotten, right? I asked if my order had been forgotten and that I was on the way again because I had to go back to work. Dear Mr. Kaya exploded at this question and immediately snapped at me. Would I not have patience and understanding if everyone ordered at 12 p.m. There could be delays. I then ordered the food and had to pay for it. The conversation (lasted less than 2 minutes) got heated up, which I still don't see as a problem. I wanted to make it clear what the reason for my call was and again expressed my understanding. The final straw was when Mr. Kaya suddenly and furiously hung up the phone on me. I'm quite used to heated discussions and lengthy arguments in my everyday business life. But I have never hung up the phone on a customer. This is disrespectful and amateurish. Arguing and snapping as far as I'm concerned, as long as you ultimately understand each other again and part on good terms. But in this way I was made to understand that I was no longer welcome as a guest/customer at the Freihof. The courier, who arrived at around 12:35, received the tip as usual - he couldn't do anything about what had just happened. I then calmly explained the situation to him and asked him to please tell Mr. Kaya that I would not allow myself to be treated like that as a customer, that I would never order from you again and that it would result in a negative review. The courier gave me a possible reason for this behavior, which I won't go into in detail here. That may go some way to explaining Mr. Kaya's behavior - and also the fact that the spaghetti didn't taste like anything this time. But I expect a more professional attitude from someone with his experience. Neither insight nor an apology followed. Reason enough that my decision to no longer support such a restaurant is correct. There are other providers who will definitely appreciate my generosity more. Despite everything, I would like to thank you for your many years of service and wish you all the best for the future, even if without my orders.

Pizzas for delivery are okay, but great on site!

The pizzas are good but the lasagne we ordered is a disgrace. Very bland and a foreign taste. The fact that the lasagne is swimming in light red sauce means to me that it was diluted with milk or cream. It's just layers of dough without any big filling in between, you have to look for the meat. You just have a lump of dough in your mouth. It's a shame, lasagna really isn't that difficult.

As a long-time regular, I can only say that Freihof Ömis is extremely slowing down. They still do pizza well, but unfortunately the rest is a disappointment. The lasagna was a children's portion and bland. It was disappointing but I thought they might have had a bad day. For 5 small cannelloni al forno, with hardly any sauce, lukewarm and charred 20.50.- I find it really sad. Depending on what happens, I'll order a pizza again, but otherwise I'll look for alternatives. Sorry

Ordered twice, the first time just awesome! Super tasty, almost like in Italy, but I ordered Leoder again yesterday (May 2nd, 2022) and the flatbread I got bordered on attempted bodily harm and will have been the last order!! Parmesan from the Prix Garantie range from Coop, not in slices, but grated like pasta, dough not fully baked, 4 thin slices of pepperoni, onions cut catastrophically! I felt sick all evening afterwards and so unfortunately I have to downgrade from 5 stars to 1 star! Anyone who sells such inconsistent pizzas cannot be recommended!

Super cheeky employees or the boss himself, I wanted to ask politely whether an ingredient could be omitted and was treated very rudely, talked to stupidly and in the end just left behind. So this gentleman was probably brought up from a very bad home, he doesn't want to know who he's angry about, how he treats food, never mind, no thanks...

Today I ordered a Pizza Bufala, Gnocchi ai Fungi Porcini, Torta della Nonna and Tartufo. The food was delivered quickly, was still hot and tasted excellent. I will order from you more often from now on. Great go on : )

We always enjoy ordering from Ömi. The pizza is great. Crispy base, delicious topping and there's always hot sauce on the side.

The Austrian is always so friendly, and he's very good at it.

Pizza Polo got me without chicken. Other times I got calzone without tomato sauce or had to wait over 1.5 hours

I had a pizza delivered. The lady who brought the pizza was very friendly, delivery was very quick and there was even a free Coke. The pizza itself was (as with most delivery services) unfortunately a typical delivery pizza, rather not that good.

I ordered a pizza today and had it delivered to my home after a long day at work. What awaited me next left me speechless! I have NEVER eaten such a delicious pizza! I work in the catering industry myself and am a trained chef. I'd love to come back soon! My number 1!!!
