Unfriendly staff. Not served at the counter, just treated dismissively. Then we left without buying anything.

It's always nice to have a cup of coffee. In contact with other people.

Chocolate croissants and espresso were really excellent. Pretzel ham sandwich good. Staff very friendly. Nothing wrong with take-away.

Ready-made rip-off to charge 5.20 for a redbull but if I take it with me it costs 3.10. - I mean 3.10. - is a lot but 5.20. - is just usury since I didn't even drink it in the store.. costs more than in a cinema...

Very nice cafe with a huge selection of everything. You are served at the table. Conditions totally unfriendly and very slow. I convinced myself several times. It's a shame, otherwise it would be too nice.

I bought a delicious dessert, different pieces, it was really tasty, I actually wanted sandwiches but they are only available on Saturdays, which is a shame

Employees are completely overwhelmed, orders are forgotten or arrive at the table very late, there is no visible division of the tables to be served, everyone serves them but no one really serves them. The quality of the products is usually good, but unfortunately you can't enjoy them because you're annoyed by the operation.

Since the change you just feel uncomfortable. You constantly come across employees who seem stressed and who don't seem to know their own order processes. It's a shame, the best time was when Mrs. Näf was still there, you felt really welcome, but not anymore.

Very nice café and bakery with a large selection, I really like it.

We wanted to get some fresh bread on Sunday, but we were informed that Frei doesn't stock vegan bread because it's not worth it. We think this is a shame because, in addition to vegans, there are also allergy sufferers. We would come straight away if there were 1-2 vegan breads!

The friendliness of the employees leaves a lot to be desired. Most of the time things have to be hectic or you get the wrong thing delivered

There's not much you can say in this Corona time

Food and drinks of good quality. Ambience cool. Salad that was priced at 10.30 SFR was charged at 13.00 SFR. This made a deliberate impression, as the receipt for this was immediately confiscated by the waiter. I can't recommend it.

I usually hate writing bad reviews, but I have to say that one employee at this hotel was really rude and polite. She's a bit short with short hair! Luckily his colleague was more professional
