Unfortunately, not a particularly convincing concept. Eating mostly convenience (croutons, salad dressing, red cabbage, chestnuts, everything in packages). The prices are rather unreasonable. Pasta as a side dish was loveless, extremely dry. Cordonbleau ok, game plate unspectacular, just meets standard expectations. The service, on the other hand, was very attentive if a bit communicative.

Vorspeisensalate waren super, als Hauptgang Kalbscordonbleu mit Pommes: Pommes latschig und zuwenig fritiert, Fleisch von Cordonbleu nicht durch und eggenweise komischer Geschmack, vom Bergkäse war nicht viel übrig. Pommes wurden dann auf Nachfrage nochmals fritiert, dann natürlich fettiger als vorher. In der Mitte des Hauptganges wurden wir bereits gefragt ob wir Dessert möchten, da die Küche sonst kurz nach neun Feierabend machen möchte. Für die Beschwerde wegen Cordonbleu wurde uns der Suuser spendiert. Etwas schade, Kalscordonbleu mit Pommes - ein Klassiker, sollte man hinkriegen. Und als Tipp, eine kleine Gemüsegarnitur würde passen.Bedienung war freundlich, aber ab und zu die Gäste mal alleine lassen am Tisch wär auch schön :-)
