I have always wanted to go to this store, but it took two days until the store closed before I remembered that I hadn’t gone in yet. So I bought a few chocolates on the day I left Zermatt and ate them on the train to commemorate the beautiful and clean Zermatt. 🩷It’s really a paradise on earth~~~

Why is there such a big difference between Fuchs bakery in Bahnhofstrasse and this one next to Papperla Pub? Because the dishes where they sell here are not fresh at all but the price is the same. I don’t know 🤷‍♂️

A great bakery, right next to the accommodation in Zermatt. I bought raspberry cake, raspberry sweet pie, spinach savory pie, apple pie, cinnamon rolls, original croissant, almond croissant, and hazelnuts in three days. Croissant, every kind is delicious👍, and the price is not expensive. Come early in the morning to buy the most abundant items, but in the evening there will be very few items left. Matterhorn chocolate is an authentic souvenir. The service staff are patient and very kind.

We have on Monday, July 18th. Bought 2 sandwiches in a branch in the afternoon. The saleswomen seemed more interested in their conversation than in customers. But then we were served - albeit not in a friendly manner. The rolls were baked, but it seemed to us that they were not frozen and baked, but rather baked from yesterday/the day before yesterday. The contents were ok, but the bun crumbled almost like a rusk. It's a shame, we're used to something different from bakeries.

Very pretty and well stocked bakery. The staff are very friendly and helpful. What I appreciate most are the smiles. The bread is very good but the pieces are a little dry. But I always enjoy going to this business.

This morning was Thursday November 25th, 2021 at around 7:25 a.m. in the Fuchs bakery on Kirchstrasse in Zermatt and wanted to grab a coffee and a roll like I always have for the last few weeks. Until then I had always received very polite and courteous service As I entered, ears deafening loud music was playing, and no one was at the counter, which was unusual to this day. I was just about to pick up a coffee when a saleswoman I'd never seen before came to the counter, turned down the loud music and aggressively told me it wasn't 7:30 yet and she didn't want to sell me anything yet and told me to Please wait outside until it's 7:30. Until then I was there almost every working day Purchased 2-3 times. I will consider this in the future! I have never been so unfriendly by a saleswoman yes, you can say he was verbally thrown out. Bought a cremeschnitte and an apricot tart. Both below average lacking in quality finishing or flavour. For example, the base of the cremeschnitte was slightly burnt and the creme part low in flavour. The purchase was today (this afternoon). Thank you for looking into this.

Dried out spinach pie and not very tasty (I'm still looking for the taste of spinach), the same for the salmon sandwich the bread was quite dry and a simple slice of salmon with half a slice of salad. All for 9.20.- (well, it’s Zermatt). I'm still giving it 3 stars because we didn't try the sweet dishes.

The bergführerbrot is the specialty in this wonderful bakery but the cakes and the chocolates are delicious as well! One tearoom and 2 shops in Zermatt

It's a bit shame that I have ordered bday cake for my boyfriend with them and they always make it wrong ( for the 3rd time, I like to given them a chance). The owner was there at that point and she gived me 2 francs back like that would fix everything. People make mistakes I completely understand that but if you talk to me like it was all my fault its not okay. Very disappointed 😥

バーンホフ通りの教会に近い方にあり、1階はパン屋、2階がカフェになっています人気店なので天気が悪い日などは混雑しますが、少し並んででも入るか、出直して入っていますツェルマットにはスキーでは13回目の訪問となりましたが、パンに入ったトマトスープを、滞在中に1回は必ず食べに行きますスープの旨味がパンに染み込み絶品なので、パンも全て完食しますあと、大麦スープ(Barley Soup)も雑炊のような食感なので、ご飯が恋しくなった時には、日本人にはありがたいですオムレツも美味しいですが、大きいので、2人で一つで十分ですドーナツやクッキー類も美味しいので、おやつに買って帰ります

Great bakery with very fine bread and creative ideas. The spelled bread in particular is my favorite, but the rye breads are also highly recommended. But since I'm not the only one with this opinion, I sometimes come away empty-handed.

Ich holte mir ein kleines Frühstück, mit verschiedenen Sorten Croissant. Grosse Auswahl an vielen verschiedenen Sorten Brot. Nette und freundliche Bedienung. Schade, dass es hier nur Verkaufsladen und kein Café ist. Aber sonst alles sehr lecker und ordentlich.

こちらの地図では、教会から川の橋を渡って歩くと、スポーツショップの前にあるお店になっていますが、滞在中によく利用するのは、バーンホフ通りのお店、駅からゴルナーグラード鉄道沿いに下った所のお店ですツェルマットには10数回行きましたが、ここのパンに入ったトマトスープを、滞在中に1回は必ず食べに行きますスープの旨味がパンに染み込み絶品なので、パンも全て完食しますあと、大麦スープ(Barley Soup)も雑炊のような食感なので、ご飯が恋しくなった時にはいいですパンではラウゲンロールという、スイスに良くある表面がプレッツェルのようなパンが一番好きで、サンドイッチでもよく使いますが、そのまま食べても香ばしくて美味しいですオムレツも美味しいですが、スイスはバターもミルクも美味しいので当たり前ですが、ただし、3エッグとかで大きいので、2人で一つで十分ですクッキー類も可愛い顔が描かれたものなどもあり、コーヒーにも良く合います

ツェルマットの街中にいくつもあるパン屋さんです。ホテルの目の前にあったので、朝出かける際にサンドイッチを購入してハイキングのランチにしました。お天気の良い日にマッターホルンを見ながらのサンドイッチは最高に美味しかった。1個で6〜7CHFしますが二人でシェアする位の大きさがありました。

Der Apfelstrudel war der wohl schlimmste den wir je probiert haben, Vanillesauce aus der Dose, Strudel angetrocknet und unglaublich hart, kaum Füllung drin und bestand fast nur aus harter Apfelschale. Der Kellnerin wurde dies freundlich mitgeteilt inkl. Anschauungsmaterial auf dem Teller, es hiess bloss "oh sorry", verdrehte die Augen und verschwand! Nie wieder!!! Miese Qualität und wir warteten über 15 Min auf Bedienung von dieser oberhässigen und unflätigen Tante!

Sehr gutes und leckeres Angebot an Brot, Brötchen, Kuchen und Spezialitäten wie das bekannte Bergsteigerbrot oder die Nußtorte. Letztere sind auch schöne und haltbare Mitbringsel, die auch zuhause die Erinnerung an den Zermatt-Aufenthalt wach halten.

Die Bäckerei/Konditorei FUCHS gibt es in Zermatt mehrfach. Natürlich ist vieles ein bisschen auf die Touristen ausgerichtet ( Bergführerbrot, Matterhörnli... ), aber allesschmeckt auch verführerisch gut. Ob Kuchen, jedes Brot, oder einfach nur eine Semmel.Selbst die Brezeln sind klasse. Wenn wir nur hier in der BRD (noch) solche echten Bäcker hätten...

Alles super lecker, frisch und typisch. Man sollte unbedingt die Walliser Spezialitäten probieren und natürlich die Schokolade!

Nice people and delicious baked goods

Wir haben Sandwiches von dieser Bäckerei gekauft, um sie am letzten Tag unseres Aufenthaltes in Zermatt mitzunehmen. Wünschte, wir hätten sie viel früher gekauft, so dass wir mehrere Male an diesen Ort zurückkehren konnten. Sie sind super gut.

Ich blieb hier und nahm ein paar Kuchen und Schokolade in unserem Hotelzimmer. Sie hatten viele sehr mästen aussehende Wüsten zum Verkauf. Wie alles in Zermatt ist es teuer.

Diese Bäckerei war eine großartige Entdeckung für uns! Wir haben einige super gefüllte Brötchen mit super Brot (wirklich - super) und die frischesten Aufschnitt und hochwertigen Käse. Dies ist eine großartige Option für diejenigen, die auf der Suche nach Qualitätsnahrung (oder Picknick-Essen) sind, die nicht in einem teuren Restaurant essen wollen. Wenn wir zurück nach Zermatt fahren, werden wir jeden Tag hier zu Mittag essen! ! !

Dies ist Teil einer Gruppe der Bäckerei ist in Zermatt. Dies hier ist kleiner, hat weniger Optionen, aber wir hatten immer noch eine gute Mahlzeit, aber ohne Pomme Pommes zum Mitnehmen für die Kinder.

One of the best bakeries in Zermatt with several branches around the town. All their products being classics makes this place almost a landmark. Their award winning breads are the must tries where everything else they produce is also very delicious!

I think there are other Fuchs Baeckerei in Zermatt, but this one was short walking distance from our hotel. We were going to make cheese fondue in our hotel room and stopped in here for fresh bread. The folks there were very helpful in suggesting which bread and how many loaves to purchase. Lots of other great items here too. We kept missing the cream filled horns though.... next time we get there earlier! This is just a nice neighborhood bakery where we could sample the local cuisine. Great place.

Nice pastries. They actually produce the award winning Zermatt bred, and they offer coffee to go.

When we stay in Zermatt this is the bakery we go to every morning or afternoon to grab our fresh bread or tarts. It's all freshly made on site and it's soooo delicious. The Swiss seriously know how to bake.
