After lunch, the gondola suddenly stopped working. For a long time it was unclear whether it would even run again? At some point it became clear - she wouldn't be driving anymore today. Then we were driven over a hill on snowmobiles and now we were told to just ski down the dirt road on skis/snowboards. A mother with children was here without skis. She had to walk far! At the end of the dirt road, which is covered with little snow, there is a bus (16 guest seats) waiting that will take us on to the valley station. The dirt road was not marked and was partly quite narrow and with skis/snowboards - "well"... The people were obviously not counted. I hope that everyone (including the mother) got to the valley safely and that a route check took place? The evacuation concept irritates and surprises me and won't let me go... Luckily this mishap didn't happen during high season. By the way, a helicopter also landed twice, but only for one group... The area is great and I hope management will include this topic in a debriefing? I think there is still a lot of potential for optimization, e.g. also down at the valley station. Keyword: Marketing, customer loyalty, customer service, information on the mountain in I/F/D/E (this can be prepared), employees should be trained in the language, farewell gift? Somehow Mauro is missing :-) But still 5 stars, because I'm happy to support this area again in winter 22/23 :-)

The Airolo Pescium area is suitable for all skiers, from beginners to experts. It's not very big but the slopes are of different difficulties so give. The opportunity for everyone to have fun. Unfortunately this season it didn't snow much and the most beautiful part (Sasso della Boggia) was closed. Ottimo impianto sciistici,prezzi onesti,c'è il noleggio da parte alla cassa e le piste sono tenute abbastanza bene. Il personale dell'impianto è gentile e disponibile per qualsiasi domanda. Ci sono molti posteggi facilmente raggiungibili e molto vicini agli impianti di risalita. Quest'anno sembrerebbe che hanno aperto meno piste presumibilmente anche a causa del covid come ad esempio lo snowpark ma per il resto sembra quasi tutto aperto e perfetto. Sconsiglio a principianti e novizi essendo che buona parte dell'impianto va con ancore e piattelli su salite molto ripide e punti un pò difficili,inoltre le piste sono anch'esse in gran parte molto ripide e in alcuni tratti complicate perciò penso che non sia in massimo per un novizio,per tutti gli altri è divertimento puro.👌🏻👌🏻
