Best gym for kickboxing. The athletic training is adapted to the martial arts that are offered. The trainers are very competent, extremely attentive and extremely warm. I feel in good hands there! The quality is enormous and yet you can still feel a family bond. For anyone who wants to get better, fitter and stronger, it is the number 1 place to go.

Great gym! Excellent trainers, children's classes, kickboxing, jitsu jeans. There is a seating area and eating area. Good dressing rooms. There is a huge parking lot.
