The training courses are very varied and there are many options when it comes to training times. The people and trainers are all great!

Best gym for kickboxing. The athletic training is adapted to the martial arts that are offered. The trainers are very competent, extremely attentive and extremely warm. I feel in good hands there! The quality is enormous and yet you can still feel a family bond. For anyone who wants to get better, fitter and stronger, it is the number 1 place to go.
