We have been guests at Restaurant Gade many times and have enjoyed each time - with the exception of the last time, which annoyed me as a guest. We reserved a table for 2 people to celebrate a special day. In the evening we discovered that a group of 22 people was having an event in Gade. We were given a table right next to this group. My partner and I almost had to shout at each other so that we could understand each other. We kindly asked the restaurant employee if we could have one of the several empty tables in another area of ​​the room, as we practically couldn't understand each other due to the noise. The answer was succinct "Uh, no" - with no excuse or explanation as to why it wasn't possible to change tables. The employee simply ran away after this answer. Since we were very hungry, we decided against leaving the restaurant immediately and ate something small in the noise. The three empty tables were definitely still empty when we left the restaurant. I think it's a shame to see how disrespectfully you are treated here as a loyal guest. In the future, we and our friends will prefer other restaurants.
