I recently went to the Adler in Küssnacht for the first time. The food was excellent, wonderful homemade ravioli with veal and then a Wienerschnitzel. The meat was buttery tender, the breading was perfect, the best thing I've eaten in recent years. The service was also great, very attentive and friendly. Thanks to the team!

We had a fantastic lunch during autumn at Gasthaus Adler after a hike at Rigi. The restaurant specializes in seasonal products as well as regional dishes. We had a vegetarian game platter, consisting of Spätzle with chanterelle sauce, caramel glaced maroni, red cabbage, grilled romanesco broccoli and pear with lingonberry sauce - highly recommended and very delicious! They also offered an amuse-gueule and the service was very friendly and attentive. Additionally, they prepared a little bed and water bowl for our dog to lay on, which was very much appreciated. We'll definitely be back.
