For a birthday dinner we were looking for a restaurant that offered meatloaf with mashed potatoes. Although this menu wasn't on the menu at the Gasthaus Bahnhof, our wish was fulfilled - and how delicious! The roast and the sauce were a culinary delight. First, four kinds of vegetables were served and afterward there were another four others. Well done and much to the delight of the person celebrating their anniversary.

Nous avons mangé sur la jolie terrasse de ce restaurant. Nous étions avec nos 2 chiens. L'accueil était très sympathique. Nous avons pris le menu express vu que nous sommes arrivés vers 14h. Mon mari a mangé une escalope de porc crème champignons avec frites et moi du filet de perche frit avec légumes. Le repas était bon mais simple. La serveuse était vraiment très gentille et nous a parlé en Français. Elle a même pris la peine de nous dire au-revoir avant de finir son service. C'était agréable.

Top Gasthaus BahnhofDas Restaurant Bahnhof in Sachseln ist sehr zu empfehlen. Die Speisen werden optimal zubereitet und sehr zuvorkommend serviert. Eine tolle Speisekarte läd von der Vorspeise bis zum Dessert sehr zum Verweilen ein. Sehr aufmerksam sind auch die kleinen Grüsse aus der Küche. Wir kommen wieder.

Wir wohnen in Sachseln und haben irgendwann dieses Restaurant als kleinen Geheimtipp entdeckt ...... es ist ziemlich unscheinbar und macht den Eindruck einer typischen Bahnhofskneipe..... aber weit gefehlt ...... ein total gemütlicher Treffpunkt für Einheimische und auch fremde und selbst nach Küchenschluss kann man noch eine Kleinigkeit zu essen bekommen..... Super Servicepersonal ...... urig .... und einfach empfehlenswert

Personale cortese e accogliente,piatti tipici di qualità, menù vario con porzioni abbondanti. Prezzo per noi italiani elevato, evitare il vino carissimo, meglio la birra locale ottima e economica.... acqua inavvicinabile...10 franchi un litro!!Comunque da tornare si mangia bene

Habe aus der Wildkarte das Rehschnitzel ausgewählt. Serviert wurde ein grosser Teller mit fünf "Schnitzel" an Wildrahmsauce, mit Rotchabis plus Marroni, Banane, Birne mit Preiselbeeren, Pfirsich und einer Scheibe Ananas mit einem grossen Tupfer Schlagrahm, dazu selbstgemachte Spätzle. Der Teller war sehr gut und sehr gross. Service freundlich und nett.

Wir waren kurz entschlossen zum Abendessen im Bahnhöfli. Da der Abend nicht zu kalt war konnten wir noch im schönen Garten unter den Bäumen essen. Wir haben uns für Wild entschieden, es war sehr gut!Wir waren schon mehrere Male im Bahnhof Sachseln und waren immer sehr zufrieden.Ich kann das Restaurant nur weiterempfehlen!

We waren op zoek naar een kaasfondue restaurant wat een beetje te betalen is en niet al te ver van onze camping (Seefeld Sarnen). Echt een heerlijk plekje onder de bomen, tussen de locals en een heerlijke speelplek voor onze zoon van 3 jaar. Het eten was erg lekker, de kaasfondue en de wijn smaakten goed en waren betaalbaar (resp.25 en 3 frank). Het personeel erg vriendelijk en betrokken. Maakten langs elke tafel een praatje. Wij hebben genoten en bevelen het iedereen aan!

De bediening was zeer vriendelijk en flexibel. We hebben heerlijk gegeten op het overdekte terras. Naast het terras is een speeltuintje waar de kleintjes zich kunnen vermaken. Prima lokatie om een hapje te eten met het gezin.

Wir hier versammelten Familie mit der meines Mannes und wir teilten uns wunderbar authentisch Schweizer Essen und viel Spaß hier. Tolles Essen und ein Spielplatz für die Kinder. Die Eigentümer und die Kellner waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir sehr viel Spaß. Wenn Sie mit Kindern reisen und sind auf der Suche nach authentischer Schweizer Küche, dann ist dies der Ort!

Nistchratzerli mit der einzigartigen feinen Sauce ist jedermann zu empfehlen. Auch die einfachen, Hausmannskost Menues sind unbedingt zu probieren

Estuve alojada en el hotel de la misma familia, el Banhof, por ende también comí en el mismo. Me gustó mucho! Buena calidad de comida, muy fresca, y por sobre todo los gustos tradicionales de la comida suiza y alemana. Lo recomiendo para quien esté en la zona, o de camino a Interlaken.

Fomos jantar nesta gasthaus e a comida foi muito bem servida. O atendimento é de qualidade e a cerveja também. Para quem estiver passando pela cidade vale a pena parar pra comer neste local. É muito bom mesmo.

We have been going to the Sachseln Gasthaus Bonhof for many many years, through the change of ownership from one family generation to the next, and even through generational changes in the regulars who come here. Through it all, the GB remains a place where you can find excellent Swiss fare prepared for an almost entirely Swiss clientele, at a reasonable (for CH) price. Alper Magronen, the inevitble fondue and sausage/onionsuace and weiner schnitzel all meticulously crafted and served with great pride. Definitely worth a visit if you are in Sachseln.
