We had a very pleasant family dinner with around 15 people. Top service and top food, there was nothing to complain about! We will be back.

On a motorbike tour we stopped at the visually beautiful and inviting inn. We were amazed; all the seats in the restaurant were occupied or reserved. Incredibly tasty, large portions, attentive staff. Pleasant location, large halls, there is space both indoors and outdoors. The check for 2 was about 100 euros: 3 glasses of beer, pumpkin cream soup and 2 main dishes. I want to note that there was a lot of food, we barely finished it. Everything is very tasty. This time we tasted different venison dishes: risotto with truffle and cutlet, porcini mushroom sauce and meat mix. We will definitely come back again

The country inn is highly recommended, we were there yesterday with a group of 35 people (Matten traffic club) and were very satisfied throughout. Very good cuisine, friendly, local staff and nice hosts, what more could you want. Anyone who knows how labor-intensive and time-consuming it is to run such an excellent company can only take their hats off to the entire crew. We'd love to come back!

The absolute most friendly staff i have ever experienced. They were fully booked but helped look for alternatives! Good food for reasonable Swiss prices and fancy looking but super bike friendly.

Nice restaurant with nice garden seating. Food was very good and generous portions. However, the service was a disaster. The lady who served our table of 8 women was extremely unfriendly. Even roll your eyes in a snarky way. We also had to wait a long time until the lady came to our table. Rarely have I experienced such bad service and now for the second time. The other ladies in service were very friendly. It's a shame for the restaurant but it doesn't exactly entice another visit.

We had to wait a bit for the food but that was more than understandable since everyone arrived at the same time for lunch. The landlord even apologized for the wait. The staff was always friendly and always with a smile on their faces. Swiss hospitality as you would expect. The food was very good and the price was right. We'll be back and would be happy to recommend it.

There were a total of 7 people who ate fondue chinoise. Everything was very good and the Sössli were fresh and very tasty. There was no saving on the meat or the fries! The service also had the right touch of humor, just the way we like it :-)

We were invited for lunch and were a party of five close friends. We all took the wild venison options, three with rehschnitzels and two with the wild venison burger! Everything was excellent and there were many more menu options. Prices were reasonable and there were two very good lunch menu options of 17 & 18 sfr! The service, food and whole experience was just top notch! What a great place to stop and would even consider getting a hotel room next time. The weather was incredibly beautiful on our day and the surrounding views are breathtaking. Loved it very much and can highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great experience.
