Gasthaus Krone in Wartau

I expected an XL cutlet and received two smaller pieces, which did not satisfy my expectation, moreover, the cutlets were oversalted. The rice was perfectly cooked and seasoned. Excellent service and owner.

We've been going there for lunch for a week now, everything is perfect!!!

Price-performance unbeatable. If you don't want to leave the table hungry, this is the place for you. Of course it tastes good too!

Local Swiss Cuisines, easy atmosphere, high quality of food, quite a lot of different choices, big portion, friendly price and out standing service. Famous menu is Mega Riesen Schnitzel They have also a Fitness menu. It's also a meeting point of local people in this area so if you're new here it's also nice to make some new friends there. Big parking space opposite the restaurant. Payment can be done both by cash and card.

The Krone is located on the main street of Trübbach with a terrace. The interior suggests an older restaurant, which is also true in the older part of the restaurant. Beautifully furnished with wood and heavy tables, the Stübli is very homely. A hall was built in the back of the building with enough space for parties and celebrations. The food is sumptuous and very tasty, I would highly recommend the giant schnitzel to anyone who is very hungry. It is well seasoned and crispy breaded. At lunchtime there is always a menu selection that offers something for everyone. The service is quick, friendly and organized. We like to come over to eat.
