Style & character: The Gaststuben zum Kreuz, located in a house from the 16th century, exude a homely atmosphere. The hosts have furnished the rooms with great taste and create an atmospheric ambience. The opportunity to choose between the Gourmet Stübli with Swiss cuisine and the Bijou with Asian-French fusion offers a varied culinary experience. We chose the Gourmet Stübli and were not disappointed. Service: Nicole, Dietmar and their team proved to be excellent hosts who impressed us with their wine recommendations and their warm service. Food and drinks: The menu, which Dietmar creates every two weeks, is based on seasonal and local products. Our 5 course meal experience was a real treat and every dish proved exquisite. Conclusion: A trip to Dallenwil is definitely worth it to experience this gastronomic gem. Here, gastronomy is practiced at a particularly high level, resulting in an unforgettable and sophisticated culinary experience.

The food was fantastic. Very impressive what is conjured up on the plate with great attention to detail. Particularly noteworthy is the service, which was very warm, attentive and competent.

We had the 6 course dinner in the Michelin-starred Bijou with non-alcoholic wine pairing. It was a wonderful blend of various Asian cuisines and Swiss or French cuisine with locally sourced ingredients. We enjoyed every dish. The non-alcoholic wine pairings were something new for me, but very eye-opening and something I would highly recommend trying.
