Very good restaurant, everything very fresh and regionally prepared. Service was relatively quick and very friendly. It has two separate areas, one with a regular's table and smokers, the front and the back part more for eating and a very nice ambience. Very modern, yet steeped in tradition.

Sehr empfehlenswerte, vielseitige, leckere Küche, von der Vorspeise zum Hauptgang bis hin zum Dessert!

Seit Jahren Besuche ich das Gasthaus Blume. Nebst der tollen Karte und dem exzellenten Essen, ist der stets zuvorkommende Service ebenfalls hervorzuheben. Die Weinpreise sind moderat und das Ambiente immer saisonal und liebevoll. Gerne wieder.

Wir waren zum Lunch in der Blume verabredet. Menu; Wildsuppe, Salat, Rehschnitzel mit Wildbeilagen. War lecker aber wir (meine erwachsenen Kinder wie auch ich) haben 2 Tage lang danach gelitten mit Erbrechen und massiven Bauchschmerzen. Schade, sogar auf mehrmaliges Mitteilen der Beschwerden an den Gastgeber, keine Reaktion! Wir waren privat wie auch geschäftlich des öftern da, hat sich erledigt. Defintiv nicht mehr empfehlenswert.

Essen sehr gut, beim Service ist nich genügend Luft nach oben....

An einem ganz normalen Werktag über Mittag ein volles Haus. Das ist vielversprechend und verspricht nicht zu viel. Eine köstliche Randen Suppe zum Start, ein Salat mit einer wirklich leckeren hausgemachten Sauce und zum Hauptgang ein butterzartes Rehschnitzel mit Rotkraut und Spätzli. Ein Genuss und erst noch freundlich serviert. Zumindest die Augen lachten über der Maske :-)
