We were here for dinner and it was excellent. Enjoyed the deer salad and cordon bleu with chili, delicious! The wine “Demuerte 2019” went wonderfully with it! Thanks to the very good cuisine and the friendly service!!

This hotel 🏨 is very nearby wilderswil railway station. Breakfast included. We had a common dining room provided with a microwave as we had our dinner prepared by ourselves . This place is near to Interlaken as well as lauterbrunnen.

There is breakfast, the boss is very friendly, and the price is relatively cheap in this area. The location is good, right next to Wilderswil train station. You can buy tickets directly to Jungfraujoch (you have to change trains or take the cableway on the way). In addition, you will get a discount card to take the bus in the town of Interlaken for free. It takes about 10 minutes to take the bus to the town of Interlaken west. The single bed I ordered was very small, the toilet and bathroom were shared, and the heater could be adjusted manually.

Very close to the train station. The staying here is very cozy. The waitress were helpful. We like the breakfast here, with variety of choices. You can find different kinds of bread, cheese and ham. When we got up early for Jungfrau one day and might be unable to have breakfast, the staff prepared sandwich 🥪 for us to takeaway.

We visited the restaurant instead of staying at the hotel. The restaurant was recommended by our AirBnB accomodation owner and it was indeed awesome! Great food and good service at reasonable prices. Probably the best pork steak and pork cutlet we have eaten thus far.

I'm still trying to process how this "hotel" can have such good reviews. I know and understand that tastes vary, but this "hotel" is nothing more than a kind of prefab on top of a restaurant. The restaurant has a good atmosphere, as does the "hotel": - the access they give us feels like we are going to the bathrooms and kitchen of the restaurant, super unpleasant; - we started to climb the stairs and realized the hole we were in; - room creaks everywhere, bathroom is worse than small; - little feeling of cleanliness: I was disgusted to put my feet on the floor and didn't even have the courage to take a shower; - weak breakfast; I already know that the owners will say that for the price you pay you won't find anything better. This room for me is not worth more than €50, not in Switzerland or anywhere else. I would rather pay more and be comfortable. The only good thing: it was just one night.

Stayed here Friday 28/07/23, staff could not have been more friendly. Very clean and near to bus and train stop. We spent the evening in the centre for meal/bars/shops. We arrived back around midnight and was surprised to still get served drinks till around 2.00pm. Great place.

Were here for dinner only, not for accommodation. However the ambiance of the dining room is nice, the food was very delicious and the staff was friendly and highly professional.

I stayed here for 7 nights and it was absolutely amazing. being so near the train station was very convenient. Room was clean and spacious, service from the staff was excellent and the food for breakfast was delicious (if you have an early start at 6am you can tell the staff and they will prepare a takeaway box for you). I had dinner twice here, the cordon bleu and rosti was delicious!

This hotel is at walkable from Wilderwil train station, great host and most importantly amazing view from the window. Wherever you see, you will be amazed by the Swiss Alps and Nature. Breakfast was free, the hotel closes around 13:30 but Google was showing it was open till evening so we had to go somewhere else to eat food.

It’s not bad. My expectations with the room were higher. Breakfast was them between nice and okay. Less options from vegetarian prospective, but good options for meat eaters. I liked the location that it was close to the train station. The set up and decoration of the restaurant in the hotel was also nice.

On March 16th, the breakfast staff were very rude and disrespectful! When I arrived at the restaurant, there was no service, and there was no sign to guide my seat. After I sat down and waited for more than 10 minutes, the employee came and asked me to dine in the single seat she requested. She sent back the meal I had already taken and asked for it again. Very arrogant and rude attitude. If there is a meal policy, it should be marked in the restaurant and the employee is not working in the restaurant in a timely manner. The breakfast restaurant treats every non-Asian traveler very warmly, which makes me feel the level of skin color in this hotel. The reckless encounter in the morning greatly affected my mood and experience during the game, and I felt very bad.

Very attentive service staff. The fondue was very nice, and I would have liked the bread to be less rubbery. I found the combination with salad as a starter for the fondue to be something that took getting used to and the cornichon for the fondue was rather fun :)

Hotel/Restaurant with a pleasant family atmosphere. The apartment (one of the bedrooms) is huge for a reasonable price only if you are over 1m90 expect you to have to keep your head down. The hotel is very well located close to transport links to Grindelwald/Lauterbrunnen or Interlaken. The neighborhood is very friendly. The houses are really adorable and you feel good there despite a few cars passing by.

Location was awesome. The railway station, bus stand and mini supermarket are just two minutes walk away. Convenient for almost every spot. Staff is very polite and supportive. We have booked a family apartment for six days and it was fully equipped. View was so beautiful and airy... we have tried vegetables burger from there restaurant and it was so good ...would really recommend .

We were accommodated and had meals here. The accommodation is older, but in order. Clean cozy. The wifi only worked in the corridor, but I only needed it for 15 minutes, to deal with emails, so it didn't bother me that much. I also didn't mind the shared bathroom for two rooms, only the shower was small and it was not easy to wash your feet in it while showering. It also had a high bathtub and, in combination with the low ceiling in the attic, a rather unfortunate solution. The location of the accommodation near the station was strategically handy. The restaurant worked great and is part of the accommodation, so you don't have to run around looking for dinner. The breakfast was luxurious, fresh and rich. We would love to come back here next time.

The Gordonbleu (350gr) was very good. The entrecote was perfectly medium rare, the fries were delicately seasoned and the vegetables were hot and crunchy. Very friendly and personable staff. The only point of criticism was the hamburgers, which were a bit too run-of-the-mill. Make the buns yourself, it's not that difficult and you stand out from the competition, which almost all of them also offer burgers (I recommend this to all professional colleagues who really want to offer burgers). Per Zufall sind wir im Gasthof Hirschen essen gegangen. Wir hatten Lust auf Fleischgerichte und hatten eine tolle Auswahl. Der Speisesaal ist eher einfach eingerichtet aber doch gemütlich und absolut passende für diese Region. Wir wurden sehr sympathisch und aufmerksam bedient. Das passte sehr gut. Haben dann zwei verschiedenen Stück Fleisch (Rind/Ross) bestellt. Und wir dürfen sagen, dass das Fleisch perfekt auf den Punkt gegart und von top Qualität war. Bravo ausgezeichnet. Auch der Res. Beilagen, Wein u.s.w. war sehr gut. Wir kommen wieder.

Auch hierhin hat uns bei unserem Schweiz Aufenthalt der TripAdvisor geführt. Wir wurden nicht enttäuscht! Mittag waren wir leider schon zu spät dran, sind am Abend wieder gekommen. Wir hatten ein leckeres Rösti und ein sehr zartes Geschnetzeltes mit einer wundervollen Soße. Angenehme Portionen und wirklich moderate Preise fanden wir hier - und eine Speisekarte, die wohl noch weitere besuche erforderlich macht. Klingt alles so lecker! Eine super liebe Servicekraft hat den Besuch abgerundet. Wir kommen gerne einmal wieder!
