Very nice place but unfortunately they profit from it. An Aperol Spritz without ice cubes and at a price of 9.50 francs is far too expensive. Hands off!

Simple, home-style, tasty cuisine. Friendly, courteous service. Unfavorable toilet.

Many tables were reserved in the garden restaurant during our stay, and no one came forward to eat or drink there during the busy hour. The landlady and her mother gave very rude answers. It's a shame for the wonderful place and the otherwise friendly staff.

First impression, not a bike-friendly business. I was traveling by bike and just wanted to eat some ice cream here. The person who served me wasn't unfriendly but gave the impression that I just work here! I went into the restaurant to order an ice cream straight away so that it would be quicker. Then she said the ice cream menu was out. When I met her outside and said I just wanted to eat ice cream if there was any. She said then there is so I said then I'll stay. Here alone I don't understand why she didn't tell me that the ice cream menu was out! When I told her what I was doing, she asked if I wanted cream. I said yes. The ice cream balls were then served without room. I would like to point out to her that she specifically asked me whether I wanted it with or without why I suddenly didn't have any cream! She then said it was a misunderstanding. My opinion, if you are not sure, ask the guest again to be on the safe side. I said it was okay, I didn't want any more cream. When I was almost done she needed cream for me in a separate bowl! Maybe I'm wrong, I always thought in urban areas the costs were higher. Because you then have to make smaller balls because of the price. Compared to other places in the city, I got small balls here. The last time I was in an ice cream parlor in the big city there were scoops that were at least twice as big as here for the same price! For me, the price-performance ratio for these little ice cream balls wasn't right.

Family-run restaurant. Friendly and always helpful, competent employees. The food is down-to-earth, tasty and has the usual local price-performance ratio. Ambience a bit old-fashioned but still, all in all, highly recommended!

Friendly welcome, my question about food was politely answered and we were able to eat it in the adjacent forest. The fries were great, and we received a carrot for our big four-legged friend free of charge. Great service, the restaurant was very clean and tidy. We would be happy to come back for dinner!

We were at a wedding yesterday. I have to say the food was good. However, when our live music played its last piece, they were inexorably interrupted from making music. Suddenly we were literally thrown out of the hall. The reason given was a party the next day and a lack of staff. Well, there is definitely a shortage, but that is no reason to treat us like that. I'm sorry for the bride and groom.😡

Restaurant, food and location is good. Unfortunately the staff was very inattentive. Although only 1/3 of us visited, we waited over 20 minutes until we could pay. Absolute no go.

Good service, hearty food in a beautiful landscape.

Unfortunately not recommended for us. Despite cooler temperatures and a reservation 1.5 weeks in advance, we were only offered a table in the garden - the restaurant was closed and they were still having a banquet. The salad was practically brought along with the aperitif and the main course before we had even drunk the aperitif, let alone finished the salad. The food was therefore acceptable. The service was not satisfactory either, as we refused to have to eat like a vacuum cleaner on a weekend and complained about this on site. It's a shame, we were so happy. But we're not going there anymore - despite the view.

Had a small family celebration today and were there at lunchtime. Everything was great: the service was very friendly and accommodating and the food was delicious! The view is (as already mentioned many times) simply beautiful. Very cozy atmosphere and there is a playground outside for the children. We'd love to come back. :)

It's a shame, great location, great view...despite the best weather, it wasn't possible to sit in the really nice beer garden. But at least in the covered outdoor seating area. After we had put the tables together ourselves and fetched the children's chairs from the restaurant as guests We also received our menu. The drinks were chosen quickly and were served in a friendly manner. When ordering the food, it was not possible to get a salad instead of the vegetables with the schnitzel. The robber plate is truly a robber, you pay 5 francs for a plate and cutlery ....no there is nothing on the plate, no you can't take it with you either...we didn't order it! When the food came and my daughter wanted some more ketchup, she was told that she should bring it first finish...no, she's not 5 years old, she's over 30 and the mother of three children. She didn't even dare to order more when the ketchup was empty. The food was okay. Finally, we ordered a house-style coffee, which was from I wanted 2! Sugar packets came without any ifs and buts, the coffee was great! Our waitress would have been nice without the instructions, but it's a shame

A family favorite since a while now. Awesome food and service, and cannot beat the view! Highly recommend!

Da gibt es noch die alten Kastanienbäume und die gemütlichen Tische! Dazu einen flinken und freundlichen Service (nach Corona-Stau arbeitet er auf 250% und es gibt halt Wartezeiten, Reservation ohnehin empfohlen!). Das Angebot ist frisch und einladend. Die Speisen hervorragend. Als Ausflugsziel während der Woche die wahre Erholung und Erquickung!
