We discovered this great modern garden center! Huge selection, modern floristry center (not run of the mill) spacious parking garage and last time you were even allowed to take a pot of daffodils with you for free with every purchase. We keep coming back!

Huge garden center! The assortment of plants and seeds is truly vast, you can find everything you need for both indoor and outdoor plants. The staff is well qualified. There are also many seasonal decorations. Prices are a little higher than other centers.

We have been to other garden centers many times. But nothing far and wide comes close to the huge selection from the Meier garden center! Although the prices are not cheap, the quality and advice is unique and cannot be compared to any other center. That's why I can only recommend to everyone that the only garden center available is Meier's ❗The restaurant on the first floor is also simply brilliant. You can always find parking space as well as everything you are looking for for the balcony, terrace or garden. We are happy to pay a little more for this, but in return we have the best quality in everything (preferably advice from Father Meier). But all the other employees also know what they are talking about. ONCE MEIER, ALWAYS MEIER!

Very large garden center, you can charge your electric car in the garage, it has 3 bicycles for small children, a climbing area and until August 25th you could marvel at live butterflies. We were here 3 times with our grandchildren aged 4 and 3. They had great fun and we were able to do something for ours I'll definitely be back to buy a garden. We were there again. It was great again in the restaurant where we had a hot ovo and coffee

Orchid transplanting days This is what awaits you Phalaenopsis orchids should be planted in new substrate every two years. We will do this for you on the transplanting days - work and substrate are free - as a gift. I took an extra afternoon off and drove for more than half an hour with 5 orchids to hear that my orchids were not being planted in new substrate. Because "the roots don't come out of the top of the pot" you should only do it when it's overfull. I was rejected very rudely. What a disgrace. I lost the desire to shop. Never come back.

What a place 🤩 I could spend days in this garden center and always discover something new. Simply unbelievable all the wonderful plants, herbs and accessories on offer here. We received very competent and patient advice when purchasing the Cornus Alba Sibirica and it was delivered to us in the parking lot. What made me particularly happy was that I had found ready-made watercress (the ultimate superfood, by the way). Brilliant because you usually only find them in seeds or along streams. The pattiserie is also great and you can find lots of delicacies there as well as in the entire food sector (for example the cool non-alcoholic Proseccos based on Alpine caraway) The staff throughout the center are also super friendly. Best garden center I know it. Not to far from Zurich. It is worth to take a time to go there. You can find everything you want it. In case your plant is sick bring piece and their help you to find out a solution and also if you need a landscape plan for your Garden or garden service. Client for many years. Highly recommend it. Restaurant as well and there is every year a butterfly show.

The food is also indulged in salty or sweet... A brunch is also offered... Lots of nimble hands and knowledge are available in a friendly manner for any quarrels... Meier garden center is always worth a visit.. Unexpectedly but secretly hoped... to find Meier's Christmas exhibition... first through the colorful sea of ​​flowers oohhh, aahh of the diverse blossoms... Then looking at the nose you can see the orchids flashing, shining and glittering... Jeeee, the Christmas hustle and bustle It has already started and is already in full swing, marveling at the different compositions in themed rooms that leave the mouths of old and young agape... Reception at the entrance unfortunately not good customer service the lady was once again not helpful with our calls 📞 unfortunately it wasn't any better on the phone I had for several I invested a thousand francs in plants and accessories from MEINER Dürnten. When a third plant came in with pests, I expect goodwill. This plant came about with a lot of reunions from your staff. This plant cost 199.— I initially only got 115.- credited when I received it If I didn't want to accept it, I was credited 195.- at the checkout and 199.- in the system. I have now only been credited with a voucher of 195.-! The lady from customer service insisted 195.- (By the way, the plant protection products were around 80.-) So customer satisfaction is different It's a shame ☹️

Lovely garden center. It has a huge selection of flowers, plants or trees. The roses were the most beautiful. They smelled so nice and the different kind of colors were just wow. The fish pond is also nice. There is only one negative point: the prices are a bit high compared to other garden centers. All in all it is a nice experience and you can get a good imagination about the flower / plants.

Update from July 24th, 2023 to our review: What started as a harmless incident has turned into a long story of suffering; All the plants contained the fungus gnats and even today - after numerous measures - we can't get rid of them. We've never had problems like this before, I'm really worried about our plants. So my conclusion after a few weeks: I would no longer have my plants repotted at the Meier Garden Center. Despite top service, we give it fewer stars. Original review: We had our houseplants repotted, the department gave us very competent and friendly advice and did a great job. Top service! (We only have to get rid of the fungus gnats that a plant has caught ;))

Nice garden center lots of different types of flowers. But the staff is too unfriendly and racist, which I think is a shame, that's also the reason for one star.

A very spacious garden center. Easy directions and plenty of parking right in front of the entrance. The variety of plants, herbs and flowers is enormous. I was satisfied with the advice. Soft music and a pleasant climate make your stay more comfortable. My tip: even if you don't buy, a walk through the garden center is definitely worth it 😊.

A very nice garden center. Great friendly staff. I would say, on the whole, very competent. I bought vegetable seedlings for 250.00, arrived home super happy, and was already looking forward to being able to plant everything the following day. Unfortunately, the horror came: the eggplant was full of lice. Since everything was still in the boxes, they visited everything. Well, try to save what you can. Unfortunately with moderate success. It's a shame about the time spent, the joy that was lost and the money.

Everything is just right in the store, super friendly, fantastically attentive and very interested and super helpful from the customer. A really beautiful and spacious garden center with an enormous selection. Everyone will find something to suit their taste here. Flowers, vegetables, bushes, trees, garden decorations, soil and even a larger barbecue exhibition make many eyes shine. The exhibition or The sales area is considerably large and the bistro/restaurant on the 1st floor is ideal for a break. Many of the products on offer come from our own nursery. The staff is generally always friendly and helpful. There is also a spacious children's playground for younger guests. There are also plenty of paid parking spaces on site

About a week and a half ago (Friday at 6 p.m. in Rüti, a Blumen Meier car crashed into me at the Rüti vocational school (in the 30 zone, opposite Erin on the route) so fast that it came to the side of my street in the curve, I was in the family car 3 children in the car had to slam on the brakes and into the soft area where I picked up bushes and small stones!!! how negligent are you?!

It's a huge plant and garden store. Too bad there is no public transportation nearby, so you need a car. Every plant or tree you might need it's here.

I'm happy that I can write something good for once. Now the question is, where do I start... It goes without saying that the staff at the Meier Garden Center is competent, friendly and helpful. It's clear to anyone who has ever had the pleasure of going there that the location is fantastic and that I would love to move in there. There are many garden centers, but none like this. The selection is extensive, much of it from our own breeding. The center itself is spacious and invites you to stroll. The advice is divided into individual areas, which means that there is someone at the fruit trees who is familiar with fruit trees and does not have to cover the cacti. In terms of price, I have the feeling that you are paying a premium compared to other places, but every franc is a good investment and ensures that you can enjoy what you buy for a long time. Beautiful garden center. Huge selection of plants from all corners of the world. At the same time, attention is paid to what makes sense and what grows with reasonable effort. The advice is top. There is also regular information online or in writing that provides information on seasonal or current topics. There is a good restaurant, a sale of unusual goodies, a flower shop that is a real feast for the eyes.

Are 1-star reviews with detailed reports not commented on or taken seriously? Very disappointed!! My entire family, who live in the region, has been shopping at the Meier Garden Center for decades. We have previously bought our plants from the competition, but wanted to buy a pretty houseplant from the Meier Garden Center for our birthday. After choosing, we wanted to know briefly how we should care for the plant and came across a rather annoyed and unfriendly employee. We didn't let anything show and went home with the tips (October 18, 2022). We then quickly realized that there was something wrong with the plant and that we had a lot of flies, which we didn't have before, or that we had eradicated them. Today we wanted to bring this plant over and have it explained to us how it can be close to misery within a month. By chance (I don't really believe it) the exact same snippy and unfriendly employee served us. She didn't take our complaint seriously at all and had to discuss the return with the boss. They would have given us a new plant for half the price... We no longer had a receipt or a customer card, but the price was still attached to the plant and I could show the payment on our eBanking. I expected completely different behavior here and am very disappointed. We will definitely not set foot in the garden center again. We then bought a plant from the competition for half the price =) PS: Our other houseplants are doing really, really well, so it's not because of our green thumb.

There is simply nothing wrong with this garden center. I've been a customer for decades and I'm always overwhelmed by the beautiful plants and flowers. I always find inspiration too! The staff is always friendly and helpful. And: 10 charging stations in the underground car park for electric cars, bravo!

Herbal science individually for a small group of visitors. Warmly honest and not a sales show where you end up leaving the garden center with a heated watering can or multifunctional secateurs.

It's always a feast for the eyes how beautifully everything is arranged and decorated🤗 and you can always find special flowers, plants and herbs that you can't buy everywhere. It's also great that you can still have something to drink and eat on the beautiful terrace😊

Probably the best garden center in the region. Many of the plants come from the in-house nursery and countless items are labeled as house brands. I find the suspension railway with the hanging plants particularly imaginative (the railway was part of the Meier exhibition stand at the Giardina garden fair in 2015). There are around 250 paid parking spaces on site for customers.
