Gaumenfreuden in Horgen

I'm so happy that this new place has opened in Horgen. I was looking for a good coffee place here for a long time and finally it's here. The coffee is actually really good and the staff is super friendly. I will definitely come here often.

The dishes at “Gauchenfreuden” prove that healthy food can be delicious. Prepared with love and culinary art, you do justice to the name of the bistro ❤ I also felt welcome and was well informed about what was on offer and warmly served. Thanks to the wonderful team ❤

For coffee lovers, a MUST. The brand hausbrandt, from Italy, 100% arabica, simply heavenly. There are some delicacies on offer that the owners make themselves. Simply heavenly. I had a pinsa with grilled vegetables for lunch and the first time I felt every component 🫶🫶🫶🫶 Simply heavenly... Try it…away from mainstream food and coffee…. Have fun and “em guete”

This is a really nice, friendly cafe and a welcome addition to the Horgen downtown area. We are regulars here. The coffee is great and there are plenty of options in terms of hot and cold beverages. There are cakes and pies and desserts, and most of them are vegan-friendly. They also have soup in the colder months and a gelato stand in the warmer season. I really like the fresh Pinsas they make in particular! All in all - would recommend this place highly. 👌

I'm so glad that this new Cafe Juwel exists in Horgen. Not only are the cakes and salads super delicious (also vegan!), but the Italian delicacies and wines are also top notch. I'll continue to come every week :)

Super cute restaurant right on the lake & very friendly owners. Very good vegan selection available. Nice place to stay and browse as they sell lots of additional food items such as wines and deli items. I'd love to come back!

Fine coffee, there was also a biscuit and water for free. Friendly and attentive staff, thank you for the pleasant visit :) If anyone is interested: there is also the option of milk alternatives with the coffee

A real added value for Horgen. Very good food, excellent ingredients, great coffee, child friendly. And a warm owner couple too. We always enjoy coming back.

Great cakes! Very nice atmosphere and relaxed coffee place 😊 It also had enough space for the stroller so I could enjoy a green tea while the baby sleeps.
