Service friendly. Ice cream OK, except for the melon, which tasted very chemical. Unfortunately there is no toilet, but the prices are very high.

Went through by bike today. The waitress was very friendly and accommodating. The ice cream in the waffle was super delicious and the cappuccino was also very tasty.

Very overpriced. Just normal ice cream. Balls are smaller than elsewhere. For 3 ice creams with 2x 2 scoops, and 1x 3 scoops without anything on top, a whopping 34.00 Fr. is simply way over the top. I'm definitely not coming anymore.

Were there on the weekend, unfortunately as before Corona, the boss was a complete disgrace. The ice cream was reasonably good, but sometimes better, the first service was very friendly and nice, a young woman, but then it started; A second waitress came and treated us very unfriendly, there was no receipt when we paid, and the lady did the total in her head. Unfortunately, it was wrong, after we looked at the card, there was a difference of .-50sfr. Certainly a really small amount, but it's simply a matter of principle and correct billing. Because 100x .-50sfr/day also results in an impressive amount of 50.-CHF! When we informed the lady about the billing error, the boss intervened in such a disproportionately cheeky way that it was simply not acceptable. The boss is also known here in SG on the market as unfriendly, so this dishonest friendliness and her arrogant manner, Also the way this woman treats her employees (for her they are certainly only employees) is simply questionable and beneath all standards... and absolutely inappropriate! The employees are definitely afraid of her, you can feel that very clearly, but they are still far too young to defend themselves. Whether you have to put up with it is another question. Even the flower in the boss's hair, which she always wears, doesn't make anything better! Also whether the city of Rorschach tolerates something like that, that there are no receipts and no precise information about the prices, prices are missing on the menu, and it is not clear how much the ice cream at the table costs if it is individual scoops If a tenant has been running a location for years, the city should take a closer look. Because the city should be able to pay and calculate taxes based on evidence or am I wrong?! In any case, a nice scoop of good ice cream would be nice in a pleasant environment is definitely wrong here! A REASONMENT AND NOT RECOMMENDED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES! A pity!

Nice gelateria and the ice cream is very tasty. When the weather is nice you can often find a place to sit and enjoy the ice cream. Staff very attentive, always friendly smiles even when stressed. Always happy to come back😀

Completely exorbitant prices! Chamomile tea, cappucino and a waffle with ice cream and cream for CHF 27. The ice cream tasted okay, the chocolate sauce and the waffle were out of the packaging.
