The ice creams are good but the service really leaves something to be desired... too bad.

Simply exquisite! Rarely have I tasted such good ice cream. (Pineapple basilica is my favorite). Extremely friendly staff. If you go through there, don't hesitate.

The ice creams here are really excellent at reasonable prices. I personally took matcha, pistachio and pineapple basil. I recommend all 3 flavors with a preference for matcha which contained toasted sesame bits.

Very very good ice cream in Geneva. I particularly appreciated their mint-chocolate flavor which gives the impression of having a mint leaf in the mouth unlike the usual mint-chocolate ice creams which give a chemical taste sensation. They are really great here. In addition, the Carouge store is located in a pedestrian street close to a square, which makes it very pleasant.

Great selection of flavors with classics and more creative ones. I took a small pot with 3 flavor choices for 4.80 which is reasonable. I tried Sablé Breton, Stracciatella and Peach. All flavors were good, but the Stracciatella was the best one I have ever had. This one had the right consistency with smaller bits and also bigger bits of chocolate and altogether it was very crunchy. A true delight!!!

Excellent flavors with friendly helpful staff

I had coconut and vanilla and it was really delicious. The vanilla is not an ordinary vanilla taste, but a luxurious taste. As of June 2023, a cup can contain up to three flavors. Anyway, the price is the same whether you choose one or three flavors. (The amount of each spoonful is different) It seemed to be a local restaurant. The line was very long. It’s delicious~~

Still good scents but without much change in scent, a shame because it is possible to get off the beaten track.

Like every year, the best ice creams in Geneva! Plus, the Carouge seller was really nice and I found my favorite perfumes ;-) lots of choice for those who don't already have their favorites!!

Not welcoming service in Carouge. Not a smile from the salesman. We feel like we're disturbing. In addition, the seller tells me that it is not possible to use the rest of the credit on my gift card, because the balance is insufficient!? So it would be impossible to deduct the balance of a gift card from the total amount in 2023? What is this joke... The ice cream remains very good despite the pot not being as well stocked as usual.

Amazing gelato, the flavors change pretty quickly so make sure to try a bit of it all! Prices are great and quantities are huge. We loved it!

Lots of choices of delicious ice creams and sorbets (pineapple/basil, milk flower, straciatella, coffee, raspberry, strawberry etc.) Friendly welcome On the other hand, the ice cream container (500ml, 1l) is not practical at all.

The “downsizing” has now reached my old favorite ice cream parlor. I was delighted to see that they had opened for the season until I picked up my usual jar and realized the deception. What a shame to see that in addition to an increase of 20% in 2 years, the pots have now reduced. So we get less for more... The taste will unfortunately no longer be enough. The pitcher is going to waste...

It depends a lot on the flavors, pineapple basil excellent, peanut and olive oil too. The rest of the taste quality depends on your taste buds and the flavors, those made from milk deserve a little more creaminess.

Best ice cream in my opinion. I go there very regularly to taste the new flavors and am rarely disappointed.

Advice to the manager of this beautiful ice cream chain, make the scoop of ice cream 20ct more expensive (plus it's worth it) and increase the salary of your employees, because otherwise they will scare away a good percentage of customers, like me for example I would not return again because of one of your extremely unpleasant employees. Put the clause in the employment contract: you attract a client, don't scare them away. Otherwise lots of choice of flavors and pretty good ice creams

Bad service, we asked to have a bit of a flavor on one of the cones to please my girlfriend, it's as if we had asked them for a kidney... The ice creams are very expensive for the quantity. Twenty flavors to choose from, most of them delicious, and with the possibility of tasting before ordering. With 3 pot or cone sizes to choose from. Like the other Gelato Manias, there are no tables, but this one in Carouge has the advantage of being close to the market square where you can enjoy your ice cream on the city's benches.
