Lovely place, great host. Went there twice, and both times had great conversations with the bar keeper. Super friendly. Please do try the homemade lemonade. Looking forward to the summer when it can be enjoyed outside!! :)

Kundenservice absolut schlecht und meistens entgegen Öffnungszeiten geschlossen. War früher tiptop, aber hat sehr nachgelassen.

I've never had a shopping experience like this! I'm in sales myself but there was a lot of heart and passion behind it. Tried all varieties on site (personally I liked the gold and red capsules). Thank you for the best coffee. Finally met my taste in Switzerland!
