Beautiful restaurant and great food. The stylishly furnished ambience immediately invites you to feel at home. Small but nice. This also applies to the map. Small selection, regional and super tasty! The bar is super cozy, only the glasses for the aperitif are a bit small...😅 You just have to order several. Service is friendly and accommodating. We were there for the second time now and will definitely come back.

Giusi's Restaurant & Palaver Wine Bar At Giusis in Amriswil you will find the right recipe for every taste for your lunch break or a cozy evening. 1st course: Sven's Caesar salad with crunchy baby lettuce, parmesan dressing and grated Grana Padano, with raw ham chips. 2nd course: Pink cooked entrecote with oven-roasted vegetables and steak fries. 3rd course: Homemade chocolate cake with a liquid center, berry ragout and Swiss yoghurt ice cream. The fact that this restaurant is only awarded 2 forks of "falstaff" doesn't do the cuisine justice. In my opinion it deserves at least 3 forks and a star in the Michelin Guide. Giusi's restaurant is definitely in the gourmet league. The individual ingredients in each dish are finely balanced and provide a certain kick in terms of taste. The entire staff, from the service staff to the chef, are very friendly and, above all, very authentic and down-to-earth. We're always happy to come back!

Incredibly great atmosphere, great dishes, the team is thinking about something. seasonal, regional, simply great. The service team picked us up with a lot of personality. very sympathic.

At Giusis you eat very well and receive the best service. The food creations are on the one hand traditional, but at the same time modern and daring. The ingredients are always perfectly matched to each other, so that it is a special taste experience every time. At midday there are lunch menus at a very good price/performance ratio.

The atmosphere is beautiful, the chef is very personable and the service is attentive.

10 stars definitely. For this price in Zurich you only get the main course and here a 3-course menu with fresh ingredients cooked and lovingly prepared. The restaurant is very tastefully decorated, not kitsch. It has a bar for aperitifs and a very pleasant atmosphere. We'll definitely come back.

We would have liked to stay forever, but the chef and service should be allowed to finish work sometimes! A big movie theater. Gladly again! Will definitely come again on vacation!

Terrific! We visited Giusis in May. Everything worked out wonderfully. We received extremely warm service and good advice from the service. The ambience is beautiful. At the back of the bar you can get in the mood for a nice evening with delicious drinks. The food is top notch - every detail is perfect and we even had the pleasure of chatting a bit with Sven, the chef, after the meal. You can see his passion down to the last detail and that he puts all his heart and soul behind his dishes. So absolute recommendation! Many thanks to the entire team for this fantastic evening - we will definitely come back :D

Top location! Super friendly service and very good food. Cordon Bleu was amazing! Very nice in summer, with a fountain and nicely furnished outdoor area. Also wonderful in winter furnished.

Thank you very much for the great conditions and the welcome from the chef. The food was very good and also very well prepared. They're here for the first time with the “Mittwochshöck”. The terrace is very cozy with the fountain. Many cozy restaurants are a little hidden, but the search is well worth it. ☺️

Had a 4-course menu with a delicious salad, a fantastic asparagus soup, super tender beef fillet with potatoes, carrots and asparagus and a strawberry slice for dessert. First of all, two aperitifs called Bruno - highly recommended 🥳 Wow - I'll come back immediately. Mega super staff - friendly, nice and very professional! From now on my new favorite restaurant😍

I recently had the pleasure of eating at "Guisis" restaurant and would like to share my experience. First of all, when we arrived we were greeted very friendly and shown to our table. The food was absolutely top quality, in particular the salmon trout was delicious and the pork cordon bleu was lovely. It was clear to see that a lot of emphasis was placed on the quality and freshness of the ingredients. We really liked the atmosphere in the restaurant. The decor was stylish and tasteful and created a pleasant atmosphere for our meal. The service was terrific and the employees were very attentive and accommodating. We particularly appreciated the personal farewell at the end of our meal, which made us feel truly valued as guests. Overall it was an excellent experience and we loved the quality of the food, the ambience and the service. It is clear to see that Guisis is a first class restaurant that deserves every star. We are therefore happy to recommend it and will definitely come back! Ps: Thanks to the staff Sven and Jakob and the nice lady

Wow, the food is great, the atmosphere is wonderful. The dried pear ravioli and the soup are an absolute recommendation.

The staff is very friendly and the food is delicious. It's just a shame that the place smells of smoke. In addition, there is hardly any parking space; the parking spaces in front of the restaurant are almost all private.

Nice restaurant with generous spaces between the tables and a certain cosiness. There is a great wine bar, which on the one hand is a real eye-catcher and on the other hand invites you to a mini wine tasting before ordering your table wines. Great idea. The food is very good and interestingly prepared. The friendliness of the hosts should also be emphasized. Only the long wait of 40 minutes for the main course and an equally long wait for a reordered wine were a bit of a shame, but were solved excellently by the hosts. Would love to go there again.

We were here once for dinner in the summer of 2022. The service was very friendly and looked after us very well. Even the cook came to us from time to time. When it comes to the food, great emphasis is placed on sustainability and local producers and you can taste it. We'll be happy to stop by again on our next vacation :)

Good parking situation. The personal reception was followed by the attentive care of the Chef de Service/Sommelier Jakob and the extremely vife trainee Laura until the farewell. I would particularly like to mention the unusual Pulpo, prepared in a fine brew by chef Sven, and the dried pear ravioli, which have the potential to become a classic beyond the winter. A la prochaine!

I spontaneously went there for lunch with my two children. Top address for big and small! A children's chair was immediately brought to us. We were also handed a “robber plate and pirate cup”. The syrup for the children was not charged. Which I find extremely generous! I thought it was really nice that they brought a special cloth (without ordering) to clean the children's faces after eating. Not to mention all the great little things for our kids...the food was absolutely amazing! The price for the lunch menu is completely reasonable! Tip: Enjoy the homemade iced tea😍 We will come back with and without children!

We were greeted in a very friendly and courteous manner and shown to our table, which was specially decorated and decorated. Very nice surprise. Giusi's Restaurant is a must-be-there in the region. Very cozy, informal atmosphere, you are addressed on a first-name basis (creates closeness) and the cuisine is legendary! Small, fine, regional and seasonal dishes at a slightly higher price than usual in the area. However, this can be explained by the high-quality products selected by the chef. Special requests for anniversaries or similar are also possible. no problem. And the visual wine list is also worth seeing: no paper, but a journey of discovery through all areas of the world's wine culture can be discovered, among other things, in a tasting. Big plus: Guisi, the boss, is very transparent about the prices and every opened bottle can be taken home. We will definitely stop by again!

Was allowed to be a guest at Giusis for the second time and was not disappointed. The service is very friendly and attentive, the atmosphere is pleasant and the menu is small (which speaks for quality) and is seasonal and regional. I celebrated my 50th birthday on Friday with 18 guests at Giusis. It was absolutely a perfect evening in the open “Séparée”. The food was simply great, the decoration and ambience were beautiful (matched to the celebration) and the service was, as always, very attentive. All of my guests were, like me, completely thrilled. You can tell that the whole team is passionate about it and that the chef really cooks with love. Thank you very much for the great evening!
