The service is always very friendly

Go your way. I'm not used to leaving this type of comment but I want to protect future visitors. Certainly, the restaurant has a very beautiful view, it is a privileged spot facing Lake Geneva. However, the meal is not worth it in my opinion especially for the price. Low quantities and a flavorless dish. You'd better buy yourself a picnic. 11 francs a panini for bread and two slices of tomatoes… Finally, the service is not better, the staff is not pleasant and is not busy.

Waited 20 mn to be served before, givied up. they don't care about customers.

The setting is magnificent but that’s it. The waiters don't really pay attention to the customers. I ordered a Go ginger which was indicated on the menu as ginger lemonade, but it is not lemonade at all but ginger and coriander water. Nowhere on the bottle does it say that it contains lemonade. False information, it’s shameful!

This is a fantastic little place to stop, grab a seat right on the side of the Lake and take in the scenery with great views of the water jet. We enjoyed the build your own salad bowl which was enough for two to share as a small lunch Ice cream selection is extensive and I recommend the blueberry cheesecake and vanilla cookie dough together in a bowl. Reasonably priced for Aperol Speitz reasonably priced compared to others in the area.

The location is ideal for a drink with a view of the jet d'eau, the lake and Geneva. you can eat pizza, ice cream (excellent) and other starters there. the atmosphere is nice, pleasant service. we have been there several times, I recommend.

Staff are inattentive and disorganized. Tea arrives and wait 15 minutes for milk so by the to e it arrive tea was cold. . Pizza order taken along with a hotdog then find out he didn't tell the kitchen about the pizza and forgot to add to the bill as too distracted on his mobile! . Hotdog arrived but didn't end up eating lunch with mum as no pizza arrived and needed up cancelling my lunch. Useless and a spoiled lunch out by the lake. Never again !

Excellent service, very friendly team

We had a pleasant time enjoying an ice cream and a crepe, the waitress was very nice, we were served quickly! On the other hand, you sometimes need a little patience before finding a free place, there are a lot of people and therefore you will have to wait for customers to leave to finally have a place.

Terrible service. We waited 20 minutes for the waitress to throw us the menu, then 30 minutes waiting for us to come take our order! Other people arrived in the meantime and were served, while we had already been waiting for a while. We never had the “chance” to taste ice cream. I recommend the one next to you who was much more courteous.

Nos detuvimos allí para el helado Movenpick y la vista del lago. La vista es increíble pero el servicio es horrible (para ser amable). Vas allí cuando tienes tiempo y no tienes prisa (¡o te llevas tu helado para llevar!). La comida está bien, no es fantástico. . . Aunque el helado es genial.

Service horrible.Un premier serveur a mal pris la commande, j’ai commandé deux boules de glace avec des parfums différents.Le deuxième serveur ne m’amène qu’une boule!Je lui réclame la deuxième, il me l’apporte dans une coupe séparée.Je lui demande qu’il me les assemble dans une coupe qui puisse les contenir les deux.Il revient furieux avec une grande coupe vide, il chope les 2 boules et les laisse tomber vulgairement telle une ration de Canigou en conserve!Il repart hyper arrogant en me lançant « voilà vos 2 boules ».Originaire de Genève, j’ai toujours eu tendance à me plaindre du service hors de Suisse. Mais là je me suis fais rattraper par la réalité.Désolé pour les touristes (nombreux au bord du lac) qui subissent ce genre d’accueil.

Das einzig gute an diesem Hotel ist die Lage und sonst nichts. Das Essen ist in Ordnung, aber sie ruinieren alles mit ihrem Service. Mangel an Professionalität.

Cet etablissement n'a du succès qu'a cause de son emplacement, le service en est épouvantable. Ce mardi vers 16.30 alors qu'il n'y avait pas d'affluence au bout de 15mn je n'avais toujours pas vu de serveur, lasse d'attendre je fais des signes en me contorsionnant, enfin un serveur arrive et je commande une boisson; lorsqu'il l'apporte je lui demande si il a une carte car entre temps une petite fin s'était fait sentir. Il y avait toujours des cartes auparavant sur chaque table. 20 mn plus tard toujours pas de carte. Arrivent 2 personnes de mes connaissances, nous espérons alors un serveur pendant 10 bonnes minutes, je gesticule à nouveau, on commande les boissons et je re demande la carte. Les boissons arrivent avec la carte, le garçon repart...encore 10 à15mn...il ne revient pas...re gesticulations... Il était 18h, une des personnes ne prend finalement rien car elle devait partir vers 18.30, et d'ailleurs il commençait à faire plus frais, on commande 1 crêpe et une pizza. 10mn après la crêpe arrive, (la serveuse fait mine de la déposer sur les genoux du client, je mentionne qu'il y a une table à 1.50m elle s'exclame "pourquoi vous l'avez pas prise!" Et pas de pizza et en repartant la serveuse annonce, à la cantonade qu'ils ont dû allumer le four alors ça prendra du temps! C'est là que je comprends l'abcense de carte, l'attente pour en recevoir une : servir autre chose que des boissons les enquiquine! Entre temps la crêpe et la bouteille de vib étant terminées, je suis aller payer à la caisse et nous sommes partis sans avoir entendu parler de la pizza! Alors oui c'est la fin de la saison, ils font le minimum mais y étant allée pendant l'été je peux dire que ce n'était guère mieux. On se fiche totalement du client car il y a suffisamment de touristes qui ne viennent qu'une fois et cça rempli vu l'emplacement!

Y los precios son razonables.Es un lugar que recomiendo para los residentes de Ginebra y visitantes por igual.
