My Delonghi Prima Donna Soul only dripped, even after descaling 3 times with original Delonghi descaling agent. Half an hour with Mr. Gloor and the machine worked perfectly again thanks to his miracle cure. So just descaling with the “Gloorentkalker”. Thank you again for the rescue.

I bought my beautiful Delonghi coffee machine from fust/nettoshop - it was an internal sale for the employees. Unfortunately, after a few months of descaling, the coffee machine no longer worked. I took the coffee machine to the Fust branch and unfortunately they didn't respond, although it was written in capital letters and is considered a guarantee certificate. I took it somewhere else to be repaired and after a long wait I was told it could no longer be repaired. I then called Gloor Elektroservice and took it there straight away and after a few hours I was allowed to pick it up and with the guarantee I didn't have to pay anything. Mr. Gloor and Ms. Gloor are really highly recommended, you can tell that they do it with a lot of heart ♥️ Thank you two so much ❤️

Fortunately, the Kenwood website referred to Gloor Elektroservice AG Aadorf as a service point. My machine clogged the first time! Descaling pass. With the original DeLonghi descaler, mind you. I received friendly and competent service in the store. The machine was cleaned in no time and I was advised to use Gloor's self-developed descaler. I will use it exclusively from now on and can only recommend it to anyone who likes their coffee machine. Mr. Gloor, you have something good with me.
