The experience was wholesome and the food was excellent. Along with some fried rice, we ordered five dishes for the table to split. The finest recommendation we could have received was having the ability to sample everything. Naturally, Igor's recommended wine was as exquisite as one could hope for. The two minor issues that dampened the meal were that the foods labelled as extremely spicy did not burn as promised and that we were unable get any extra rice because the kitchen was overloaded.

The food, as always, was very tasty :) The service is always friendly, attentive and helpful. The dishes recommended by the waiter were very good and suited our taste perfectly! (The appetizer platter is highly recommended)

Excellent food. Very nicely presented, perfectly cooked. Despite reservations, we had to wait for a free table. We were then processed at express train speed, even though the table could not be given away again. The cutlery was literally thrown on the table. Recommendations for wine accompaniment could not be made. Despite the stress at the beginning, suddenly no one was there to hand over the bill. It's a shame, because the cuisine is really excellent.

We went on a busy Saturday just before the World Economic Forum. The restaurant was full for both early and late dinner service. The team did they best to serve us promptly and the food was delicious. I commend the staff for dealing with what seemed to be impatient entitled customers with grace and humour, the fully earned my respect for that. We enjoyed our dinner very much.

August 2023: One of the best Chinese people I've had the pleasure of getting to know, great teas, individual food, huge portions, beautiful interior design with atmospheric pictures, very, very nice service, fair prices, well-kept toilets, it couldn't be better, probably. Keep it up!

Atmosphere is very nice, elegant and tasteful. Food didn't feel authentic but tasted very fresh and tasty.

If you stay in davos and don't go eat at the golden dragon you will miss out badly. We were dining in on saturday (do a reservation at least 4,5 days in advance or you might not be lucky to get a seat). The service was perfect, friendly and professional. The atmosphere is cozy and stunning. The aperitif cocktail recommendation was just a hit. Perfect to settle down and getting into the mood for the culinary expirience that will come after. The food is just a diffrent class, everything is handmade and freshly cooked. The gyozas we had as our appetizers were beatiful, hot and fragerant. The chili sauce on the side had a nice spicyness and great taste. The main course was something to be remembered. The crispy beef was so good that even if you don't like chinese food you will fall in love with this dish. Sweet and fragerant sauce on thinly sliced crispy beef strips. The Beef Szechuan was spicy and super tasty there is just nothing more to be said about it. The fried rice was fluffy and fragerant. The portion size is big, if you order more then 1 main course per person you will be going home with a full meal to eat the next day. Honestly the food is just stunning, the best chinese i have ever eaten in my life. Paired with the perfect service, cozy atmosphere and the overall attention to detail its just a complete nobrainer. Give them a visit and you will think about going again as soon as you walk out of the beatiful lobby of the grischa Hotel.

Very tasty food and extremely nice ambience. I think the prices are rather high but okay for what you get. Very friendly staff and everything around is just right.

We were guests in the restaurant for the second time and are thrilled. Very nice atmosphere and enough space at every table. Staff very friendly, accommodating and professional. Atmosphere very pleasant. The food is all pleasantly hot and cooked to perfection. We'd be happy to come back when we're nearby.

An outstanding experience! I had the pleasure of having dinner at this wonderful restaurant and it was simply fantastic. Every bite was a real treat. However, what really impressed me was the exceptional friendliness and attentiveness of the service staff. From the moment I arrived to the moment I said goodbye, I felt like a valued guest. The staff was extremely attentive and courteous (despite one or two small misunderstandings). I can't wait to return. If you are looking for a place where world-class cuisine, excellent service and a welcoming atmosphere come together, then this restaurant is definitely your best choice. I give it a full five stars and highly recommend it!

Very nice restaurant, absolutely friendly and competent service, wonderful food - all in all a great experience and absolutely satisfied.

This restaurant is sensational, even after the third time I only have words of praise. The staff is very friendly and the ambience fits perfectly with the overall image of the restaurant. Every meal so far has been super tasty, we recommend the crispy beef and sweet and sour chicken. Go and let yourself be pampered, it's worth it.

Always an experience! We come to the Golden Dragon about 3.4 times every year and it's always great. Very fine food, great ambience and very friendly and courteous staff. A top address in Davos! Will definitely come back.

Food is delicious, there might be a wait here and there but the place is often busy though they are always very friendly… for a ski resort top!

The prices are absolutely overpriced. It didn't really taste good either. Rice has to be ordered additionally for 4.50 and this portion is far too small. I asked for the bill, nothing happened for 50 minutes. My girlfriend and I paid separately and the waiter asked me to calculate the remaining amount for my girlfriend. I find these prices to be a huge disgrace.

We made a reservation for 8:30 p.m. with great difficulty, but when we arrived we were told that the table was not ready and we would have to wait about 10 minutes. We were finally able to get to our table at 9 p.m. and actually had to wait in line first even though we had a reservation. As a small apology, we received the aperitif on the house. The service was not excellent and you could feel the nervousness and stress of the employees. The food was good but too expensive for what you received.

Price/performance is not right for my taste. We were just able to reserve the last place in advance, only to be told off when we arrived on time that we had to wait 10 minutes and then be picked up. 45 (!) minutes later, we went to ask again ourselves and had to wait until the table was re-set and cleaned. Afterwards, we were only listened to sparingly when we ordered and we had to reorder water and wine. There was also hardly any attention paid to them, the staff were overwhelmed by the situation and were more than stressed and this was noticeable. We ate okay, but lettuce was placed under the spring roll, which was already slightly brown and had its best days behind it. For the price, I wouldn't eat here again. We were really happy and then we were disappointed with the long wait and the stressed staff

Very authentic Chinese food and I’m so surprised to see one up here. During the high season (ski season, mostly), the head chef is from Macau. However, it is pricey.

A beautifully designed restaurant with very fine food - unfortunately we didn't have room in our stomachs for dessert. The staff was very friendly and accommodating and Angel especially made our evening sweeter with her manner. The restaurant is highly recommended. There are also delicacies for vegan and gluten-free mouths.

Great authentic food with friendly staff. Swiss people please order a few dishes and share with the people around you. Stop getting individual meals, that's not how it should be done. Prices are of course quite high, 4.50 for a bit of plain rice is insane but it's Davos 😅

The waitress is the highlight of the restaurant. very friendly and in a good mood. also gives recommendations and tips on the menu. we had wnte and the chicken lemon. It was very tasty and the price-performance ratio was also okay. The place is usually very well booked, so we recommend making a reservation in advance

I have been to many restaurants that claim to be authentic Chinese food, but Golden Dragon is the only one that delivered. I was blown away by the food and service. All of the staff were very welcoming and helpful. They were also very fast with service and the food was absolutely delicious. The highlight dish for me was their dumplings as well as their roasted duck. Highly recommend for a family dinner!

Angel is simply great, it's worth traveling from far away for such service... I just say "chips"

Highly recommended. Ambiance: 5/5 Service: 5/5 Food: 5/5 As a vegan you have to compromise on certain dishes, but the service was really good. Requests were addressed and suggestions were made. The service was also very well informed about various types of nutrition and diets. So you could completely rely on the dishes coming exactly as you ordered them. Of course, I didn't ask for impossible things, but rather adapted to the situation. For a starter I had a mixed salad with a homemade sauce. For the main course, I had (as far as I remember) ramen with tofu. I also tried the rice from the accompaniment. Since I have never had tofu from a restaurant before, I was pleasantly surprised because the tofu had a particularly tender consistency. In terms of taste, it was of course mainly supported by the ramen, but it still went perfectly with the dish. The main course was served in bowls. These were placed on the table over tea lights so that they were kept warm. This enabled us as guests to serve ourselves as we pleased without any stress. By the way, the tea was also very good. It was some sort of green or brown tea, but I'm not entirely sure. Ultimately, I can give a very clear recommendation.

Unfortunately, we cannot share the guests' euphoria. Our beef was bland, fatty and very overcooked. The sharpness was also missing. The chicken was dry and completely over salted. The starter, dim sum and spare ribs were delicious. Unfortunately, we can't recognize the Chinese taste explosion. Service was, as always, very nice and accommodating.

I would like to give it 6 stars, but unfortunately that's not possible. I came without a reservation, but I was still kindly offered a place and told me that it would be reserved in an hour. Very fair and that's how it should be everywhere. The food was really fantastic, I haven't had such excellent Asian food in years. The portions would have been enough for two good eaters. The prices were also cheap for the quality, taste and quantity. The service was friendly and accommodating. The furnishings are elegant and discreetly Asian, no “Chinese kitsch” like in most other Asian restaurants. I was completely satisfied and can only recommend this restaurant to anyone who loves Asian cuisine. I will gladly come again!

Friendly, professional service. The Peking duck is excellent and is served in style in three courses (crispy skin with pancakes / duck soup / 3 preparations of duck meat). Is worth a trip. The other dishes are also authentic and excellent.
