Last night we had a special experience with a group of Italian friends: a perfect Italian menu in a small restaurant in the middle of German-speaking Switzerland in Blumisberg. The carpaccio and vitello tonnato cuisine, which was judged to be excellent by Italian experts Fregola con vongole, saltimbocca, panna cotta al limoncello and tiramisù were rated excellent for their execution and authenticity. First-class ambience is guaranteed at the Golf & Country Club in Blumisberg. There are beautiful terraces to relax on both sides of the restaurant.
