Dürüm wasn't bad, just minced meat. What I don't like is that it's sold for 12 CHF and then it's not even filled properly. If it were real veal, I could still turn a blind eye. The kitchen didn't exactly make the best impression to me either. That's why only two stars.

A man who barely understands or speaks German took the order over the phone. Ordered Dürüm falafel, as always. A normal durum with meat was delivered. When we contacted us by phone, the first thing we said was that we had ordered wrong. When I asked if the correct one could be delivered, there was a 30 minute wait. It was never delivered. WE WILL NEVER ORDER HERE AGAIN!!!

Not even a hello, very very unfriendly on the phone didn't make excuses. Only after I raised my voice did the gentleman become a little quieter and I ended the call with a nice day. The only thing he could do was be very aggressive on the phone.

Unfortunately very disappointing. Ordered chicken nuggets with fries. The sauce was already in the box and the food just looks inedible. The delivery man didn't have a mask on and when I called they were very unfriendly and didn't listen to me.
